One of the best and only place to go. They deal with you with so much respect and they solely want to make you feel stunning. I would not go anywhere else.

I was recently gifted a voucher for Vanilla Spa for my Birthday. I booked in for a Massage and it was fantastic. It was the best Massage I've had in years by far. My Therapists name was Trish. I would highly recommend her for any bookings.

My wife was given a $100 gift voucher at christmas, went to use it and found out it expired after 6 months. Most people I have spoken to about this assumed a gift certificate has a life of a least 12 months. What a rort, I would love to know how much they make out of people not using the vouchers in time.

Today I came to Vanilla for the first time and as soon as I walked in I felt relaxed. The facilities are amazing and welcoming staff. I was greeted by Emily-Mai who was so friendly and provided the best service! I had a vanilla slice and it was the best back massage ever. She had the perfect pressure and my skin felt so hydrated and glowing after the facial! Every little detail was well thought from the heated blankets on the bed to the foot-bath before the treatment. It was well worth every cent! I will be back to Vanilla again!

I went to Vanilla after receiving a birthday voucher for an Express Pedi. Normally I go to the local type in the shopping centres where I get a good result. To be honest I would not return to Vanilla.
The girl was very pleasant but the actual job was very amateur and only that I was given the voucher I would have complained on the spot. My nails are very rough on the edges and the nail polish is streaky.
It certainly was not worth $55 and is really just a basic polish change with a file.
I'm more than happy to pay for a job well done but this was not the standard of work you would expect from a day spa. I won't be returning or recommending.

Trying to decide what to get close friends for their engagement I researched spa treatments in the Wembley area. Vanilla looked impressive, albeit expensive. I read their website only to discover that prepurchased vouchers can only be used for full price treatments. Aren’t vouchers the same as cash? Why can’t they be used for specials? This greedy policy and the aggressive wording regarding vouchers turned me off ever going to this establishment.

I have had so many beautiful and memorable experiences here, and I have always left feeling rejuvenated and very pampered. Worth every cent! The facilities are beautiful, the staff make you feel so comfortable, and the massages & facials are always on point. Great spray tans and manicures too. I always look forward to coming and plan my next appointment the same day

I've been to Vanilla a few times and from the minute that you walk in you feel special. Relaxing atmosphere and the therapists are second to none.

Amazing place that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.would highly recommended and about to book another treatment now.

I received a vanilla day spa voucher for my birthday. There were good vibes from the moment I stepped foot in vanilla. It was an amazing and indulging experience. My therapist was amazing too. I had a sacred earth and it was the best treatment I have ever received. Good job guys and thanks again.

I had the Aromatic Message with Trish and it was literally the best message I have ever had! I couldn't have been anymore relaxed after it. I had a great night's sleep and woke up feeling so refreshed. Beautiful salon with very professional and friendly staff

Beautiful relaxing spa offering basic treatments in a lovely environment. The only thing missing is it doesn't offer extensive facial treatments like peels and microdermabrasion but as far as a place to unwind, it is right up there.

I love coming to Vanilla Day Spa to have treatments, the girls are extremely professional and polite. I come out feeling like a new woman every time. Would highly recommend.

I had a very relaxing time at vanilla spa in Scarborough. It was above my expectations, very friendly staff and amazing atmosphere.

This would be hands down one of the best massage places around.
I've had several massages done here and I rate the lounge area as it's so relaxing.
The massage is very nice and relaxing as they have it far away from any noise. The change rooms are spacious and the refreshments are yumm
