Exceptional service, very calm and peaceful experience. Had the most amazing facial recently with Megan. The fruit and tea afterwards in the lounge was a beautiful way to unwind afterwards as well.

My wife and I recently had the romantic retreat package and the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend it’s over priced, establishment and it’s also very rundown.

I’m not normally one write reviews, I should definitely have read the reviews on here. I would have taken them on board and sourced a different Day Spa spa.

Day spa is meant to be a luxury relaxing environment, this is not.

Had the best afternoon ever. Great service on booking by Nicole. Very professional and polite. Had the best massage by Anna who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed straight from the beginning. Love that they have refreshments whilst you wait including cakes, biscuits, cold juices and water and hot drinks. Cannot wait to come back again!

My wife and I just finished the Royal Suite package and it was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly, skilled and took us to relaxation land.

Finishing our package with our own couples balcony retreat with champagne and chocolates just topped it off.

We will definitely be back.

Had an amazing group birthday surprise here, organised by Nicole and Tracey. I had a full body massage which was amazing! Thank you so much Anna! We all got to enjoy the balcony after our treatments with refreshments and nibbles, was such a lovely experience and can’t wait to do it again

Last year I made a double booking for myself and friend for a one hour massage each. After a leaving messages on there answering service with no reply, I was finally able to book it when they rang me back on my mobile. I also had booked a room at the hotel plus the massage, it was going to be a great girly pamper day and night. When we arrived the staff member said they had been trying to contact me all day as the therapist was not here that day so we were unable to have our massages! I told them I had no missed calls to only find out they had written my number down incorrectly on their computer. We could have it the next day at different times if we wanted, which was useless as we would have checked out already! They were very rude and unapologetic about their mistake which wrecked our day! I told them I would rebook another time as I had to use my gift voucher! Today I went back with my friend. 5 months later and made a booking for both of us at 2pm. When we arrived, the front person was rude and abrupt with us and rushed us to the room as according to her our booking was at 1.45! When I told her it was at 2 and even showed her the message on my phone from them confirming the appointment time it didn’t seem to matter. We were made to feel that we were inconveniencing them and had done something wrong. We had our massages (Morgan was incredible) but after spending $260 for 2 massages we left feeling very frustrated and definitely not relaxed! Never again!

My husband and I booked a couple package two weeks ago and it felt like a mini holiday. Our two therapists Ellen and Rose were absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed our time in the spa very much. Thank you for the spoil.

I visited Vanilla Spa the weekend before last for the first time to use a birthday voucher, and wow what an experience. I had the Timeless Vanilla package for 3 hours of pure bliss. My therapist was Rose and it was probably my best beauty experience I have ever had. The salon is so welcoming and clean. I fell in love with the whole place in the first few minutes. I would highly recommend Vanilla Spa and Rose. I definitely will be back.

Would have loved to experience a massage there. We were booked in last Saturday, and they cancelled us last minute (calling at 9pm to notify us). We rebooked and had a time for this Saturday morning.

Due to health concerns that came up last night, we called first thing this morning to rebook our appointment (as the symptoms were covid related and we assumed they wouldn't want us there with those symptoms).

They didn't answer the phone or our message until this afternoon, when they called to inform us that we would be charged $50. We explained the circimstances (the covid symptoms, that we had tried to call first thing this morning, and that they cancelled on us previously) but they refused to listen.

I was just charged $192 to my account (not $50!), and called to dispute this. They refused to apologize or refund the money.

We would have loved to experience the treatment we had booked (twice!), and are shocked that this is how potential customers were treated (particularly when we cancelled out of courtesy of the fact that they are a small business and would not want customers attending with covid symptoms).

Yui was fantastic. She made me feel really comfortable from the beginning to the end. Everything was truly relaxing and professional. The Vichy shower is amazing. The relaxing waiting room area with tea, fruit, cakes and popcorn was a really nice touch.

I was lucky enough to be gifted a voucher for the ultimate journey spa package which lasted for 3 hours. I was initially relaxed by the body scrub and mud wrap but it went next level in the vichy shower room which was just heavenly! My therapist Rose was amazing, best massage pressure and techniques and the products used on both body and during facial treatments were lovely quality. Thank you so much Rose, i would Highly recommend.

Excellent facilities, kind and patient staff, and not pushy at all to buy products or add treatments. Exactly what I was looking for.

First time ever I have left someone a negative review, I generally try to resolve issues with the business but as Vanilla Spa have not responded to my email here we go. The worst and most back to front pedicure ever went like this:

Clean off old gelcoat
File and trim nails
Fluid applied to cuticles and immediately pushed back.
Nails painted
Quick scrub of feet and apply moisturiser
Parrafin applied
Finish

The consultant was rushed and rough, she asked if I thought she needed to do a third coat. I said I don't know what do you think and she said no two is fine. On close inspection the paint job is poor and should have had a third coat. The final application of paraffin has left the polish dull and I am having to get this redone.

A waste of my time and $100. Won't be back.

Update: Vanilla Spa has since contacted me and given me a refund.

I booked the Double Indulgence Package for my boyfriend's birthday and it was amazing. Both our therapists were very professional and the full body massage was exceptional. Highly recommended from beginning to end!

Always a happy customer at Vanilla Day Spa. I can not fault the experience, facilities and professionalism of the staff. I will not go anywhere else for a massage. This place is high end and five star and a complete relaxation experience.

First time I have been to Vanilla Face & Body Spa and I booked in for a Rose Cocoon package and I can not express how relaxing the whole treatment was. If you have not tried their water therapy room I suggest you book in for a package. The massage was firm but relaxing pressure which is hard to find. Thank you Emily for the treatment and the Vanilla staff for making my experience so delightful.
