Love the place. Service can be a little pricey $$$ but worth it if you want to be truly pampered. Have been here for than 3 times and have enjoyed it every time.

It is expensive but so worth it. Only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a longer foot massage in the double endulgence package. Wonderful ladies.

We visited Vanilla spa for the royal couples package last night and it was fabulous, we were looked after from start to finish. My boyfriend said his massage was the best he's ever had in Australia! Thanks so much to the ladies who looked after us, we will definitely be back again.

There was issue entirely of my own making when I visited Vanilla Face & Body Spa that had me flustered. I was so relieved when a fair solution was offered. Still, I felt a little nervous returning for my treatment. Which is why I so appreciated the friendly service I received. I was warmly welcomed, offered snacks and drinks and soon felt at ease as I was expertly guided through the experience. Thank you Claire for the divine facial and massage and to everyone at Vanilla Spa. Definitely recommend.

Ladies were absolutely delightful, very patient and the massages were incredible. Oh and love! Love! My pedicure!

Sublime. Welcoming. Clean. Careful attention to detail. The treatment was wonderful, 2 hour Rose Cocoon. I had Clare as my therapist and she made me feel very special. She genuinely loves her work and wants the best for her clients. I will certainly be back.

Amazing and Professional. My therapist Claire was 10/10 with massage and skin knowledge. I was welcomed and provided a gown and flip flops. I had a facial with the most amazing massage. The rooms were beautiful. The champus and treats to relax after was the perfect ending to the treat. It will be my regular go to. Thank you.

I’ve been to Vanilla Day Spa many times and love the service and the vibe here. So relaxing. Lily gives the best massages and I book her whenever I can. Highly recommend.

My sister-in- law and I booked 2 Vanilla Slice spa packages. From the minute we walked in the door the entire experience was warm, friendly, professional and luxurious. We were provided with fluffy gowns and flip flops and enjoyed the change and shower facilities before relaxing in the lounge with a buffet of fresh fruit, tea, coffee and juices. We treated ourselves to a glass of sparkling wine and then had fabulous treatments. After 2 hours we were both relaxed pampered and promising ourselves to go back. Perfect place. I get a Swedish Massage and the girl who done it (don't know the name unfortunately) was really good and really kind. The place is really nice and everything is made to make your moment easy (locker, changing room, shower.)

Just wonderful experience. Staff are fabulous and take great care of you while you visit. Robes actually fit plus size people! Having drinks and snacks available before and after makes the experience even better. Look forward to returning

Beautiful space and lovely staff - I brought my mum a massage for her 60th birthday the staff treated her so kindly and she was on cloud 9 when she left. Thank you

Treated my daughter to their Vanilla slice package, she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, from reception to the end of the treatment she felt relaxed.
Her therapist did a lovely treatment and the treats at the end rounded the experience off beautifully.

I had the most amazing experience, my therapist was incredible, little details makes a massive difference. From the moment I arrived, staff was attentive and looked after me. My favourite spa.

I had a wonderful aromatherapy massage by Anna. Unlike other massage therapists I have had in the past, Anna took the time to really focus on the areas that I had asked and by the end I was in a completely blissed out and relaxed state. Highly recommended!

After visiting this spa today I would not recommend, my daughter treated me to a spa day as I live away and haven't seen her for 3 years. This spa treatment was a lot of money for her and she was very disappointed as was I we were basically left in a lounge with no music not a lot of food left and no information as to what to expect. The five minute foot scrub was very rushed and although my massage was lovely my daughters was a lot quicker and rushed. There was also no lit candles In the room which showed lack of detail and poor customer service.
The reception is was abrupt on arival and on leaving, I felt for the money the whole experience was a let down, I believe that customers should have memories of special times and this was not one.

Having had a disappointing experience here recently, they rang me and offered another session free. I had it today and the girls took great care - even got a glass of bubbles. Excellent manicure with Nicole.
