I arrived early for my appointment to a warm welcome and wasn't kept waiting till my apptmt time to commence the test. The usual barrage of questions developing a history for their records then a comprehensive test, complete with explanations. The procedure included a variety of tests, some I'd not previously experienced including one of particular pertinence to me which used background noise to muffle the speaker's voice while he/she read a sentence. Almost a disappointment for me but certainly for my wife, that I was told I don't need hearing aids at the moment. Raza Hashimi is thoroughly professional & competent practitioner & I'd commend Value Hearing as superior to the other establishments I've used for testing in the past.

Dr Raza was clear, concise and informative. I found his assessment on my hearing requirements helpful and it enabled me to make a decision as to which hearing aids would best suit my needs without feeling pressured into purchasing them without being fully cognizant. Today, I enjoyed "hearing" again and was delighted with the quality of sound and outcome. Thank you, Dr Raza.

I have been attending this clinic for approximately 3 years and have seen a number of the Audiologists, all of who were brilliant and with awesome customer service. Being new to the use of hearing aids I could not have asked for any better treatment and the follow up care is the best.

Value Hearing gave me the best value in the market for the Oticon aids that I bought from their Perth office. The service that they gave was very good and I observed that this high level of service was given to all the customers that I met in their office. Their team have recognised what customers need and they make special efforts to satisfy those needs. My 4-star rating has been made because a 5-star would mean they are perfect - which is their aim.

I had several hearing test's before I located Value Hearing, they are the only one's I have found that have a completely soundproof box to do the testing in, in my opinion an absolute MUST for an accurate test.
Staff are fabulous, friendly and expert at their job. Have recommended them several times, and will continue to do so.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at value hearing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and issues are quickly resolved. I don't have any isss getting an appointment either. Not li some other hearing clinics I have had dealings with. They may be further from home for me but the extra distance has been worth it. I highly recommend the clinic in Booragoon.
