Value Hearing saved us thousands of dollars. Our audiologist at the company I had been with for 10 years recommended top of the range hearing aids for my particular problem. Their quote for these was over $9,000. I gathered quotes and found that hearing aid prices are not subject to any governance and Value Hearing quoted me just under $5,000 for the exact same hearing aids. I am forever grateful to them for their integrity, the fact that they are Australian owned, and the service from their audiologist was extremely professional.

Value Hearing offer a high level of service and support for hearing impaired people. I have been dealing with Value Hearing for approx 5 years, when I had my first experience of using hearing aids. From the beginning I was offered a very thorough hearing assessment, fitting of aids and ongoing education and support. Fast forward to the present and having to make an insurance claim for lost hearing aids. Deidi provided a letter of support to enable a suitable replacement. All of this comes at a competitive cost that cannot be beat. I would highly recommend Value Hearing for price, support and education.

Very happy at the process of finding new hearing aids with Alisha. She listened to what I had to say, tested my hearing thoroughly and told me what I could expect and not expect from the new units. Picked the devices up today and was given a thorough training session on how things worked. All in all, very satisfactory.

This practise is very good at providing, and assisting one with hearring difficulties, and I cannot recommend them strong enough!

The Team at Value hearing are so professional and cheerful. They explained everything to me, what the audiometry chart was indicating, how it may impact my hearing. It all made sense.

My name is David. Because I was in denial about my poor hearing of many years. I was recommended by a friend to see Raza, who confirmed my hidden fears and compassionately stepped me through the process to new in ear aids and a new world of hearing.

A very professional and honest company. Hearing tests are free and when I had my first test I thought I would need hearing aids but for 2 years in a row they told me that my hearing was not bad enough for hearing aids. I am impressed with their honesty that they did not sell me hearing aids when I thought I needed them. My test this year showed my hearing had declined enough for hearing aids and now that I have them I am enjoying life much more being able to hear conversations, TV, Movies etc. I got hearing aids that are very small behind my ears that do not need batteries as they have a charging station and Bluetooth availability to connect to your phone. I highly recommend Value Hearing Ardross.

I’ve been using Value Hearing since 2010. At first it was only Christo in a little tiny room in Applecross. Then he moved across Canning Highway to newer premises & Alisha came on board along with a few others. I’ve seen the staff come and go over the years but still always remain professional in every sense. I miss Christo but still have Alisha and all the staff are amazing. Dee Dee is always so helpful when you have any issues and fit you in at short notice or fix it herself. Staff & service second to none. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have just purchased my second set of hearing aids from Value hearing and have been extremely with the service and the price. Alisha has been very professional in her approach and listens to any concerns. Their back up service is second to none. I will continue to deal with this company in the future.
