Vale Chinese Restaurant

Terrible. After my last visit, it completely lost my faith for this place to improve. Despite of not charging the spoiled food that they continued to serve, they have really bad customer service whereby the old lady will still remain unfriendly to the customer after serving spoiled food.

Its the worst restaurant I have ever been, charging for all the silly things. No customer satisfaction. Charging $0.50 for eggs, tofu and takeaway container, I think they charged me for water too. Staff not trained appropriately, charging $1 for even paying money. Rediculous behaviour and robing people. I would never recommend anyone to this restaurant. Waste if money and time.

Shocking customer service, if you have ordered take away check your order before the driver leaves because if it's not all there you have no chance of redeeming it. The lady at the counter needs to go on a customer service course. Would not use this restaurant again. Put one star as it wouldn't let me post without it.

Not the best place to eat dim sum or Chinese food, but the service is top notch compare to other Chinese styled restaurants, helpful and friendly.
Food wise, things are pretty dry and you can't really call them fresh, as I said the service is nice, so I am OK with that, I would come back again but I would like to eat something better because it's just not as good as other Chinese styled restaurants, still I like the service here better.

Food is disgusting! Taste like cleaning liquid, make me upset! Don’t go and don’t waste your money!
