Ultra Tune Carlisle

Was able to book at short notice. On the day of the booking I was able to drop off the car in the morning and pick it up the same day.

Went to this place for tyre fix this morning at around 7: 40AM. I dont think the birds even woke up yet but the mechanic was already at work. The tyre got fixed up. Very attentive. It was as good as advertised by someone I know who regular uses the service here. Thank you

I’ve been getting my car serviced at this place for over 2 years now.
And my previous experience, has made me stop supporting Local!
I recently got my car serviced last week and back breaks changed and replaced.
Tony had assured me that the squealing of breaks would be eliminated and had assured me that if I had any further problems He would happily get the problem fixed!
I rang him back in regards to minor break squealling and he had my car booked inn to be checked.
Funny enough, this time round it wasn’t my back breaks that was the problem but it was my front breaks now to be replaced! Quoting me $520
Why was this not detected in my service last week! There was no mention of it!
I agreed on price, he then rang me back saying the quote was incorrect and quoted me $790
In which i had refused this time round.
He rang me back further and stated he had the price reduced down to $590
I refused the work altogether, so he decided to charge me $140 for checking my breaks inwhich should of been checked properly when I got my initual service.
Won’t be supporting this business and I think he is just here to rip young women off!

I asked for an honest safety & maintenance inspection for one of my vehicles and that’s what I got so I decided to switch Mechanics as they are also local for me.
I then took for my other vehicle in for repairs and their quote was cheaper than all others, on time, reliable and professional. They look after their local clients.

I was very happy with the service provided. I was able to drop my car off ahead of the 8: 00am opening time. They took the time to ask if there was anything in particular that I had concerns with and phoned me to go over a couple of items which required attention before going ahead with them. The car is running great and even came back cleaner than I dropped it off. All in all, a very positive experience.

I went there as I was going thru heaps of coolant. So I thought it was the fan wasn't working as it was overheating. Ultratune called me and told me it had a hole in the radiator and the radiator needed replacing. It would cost 770 dollars to replace. I called around and the price was below average. So I went ahead and they replaced it for me. I picked it up and they also put new coolant in it. They told me to call in over the next two and they would top the coolant up. They also gave me a full report and gave me warranty for the work performed. I recommend Ultratune at Carlisle as they were very professional and their price was good. Yes I will always go.back if I need something done to my car.

Awsome service I fill my car with the wrong fuel. Phone them straight away seeing as I lived just down the road from them. Explain my situation to him on the phone and the another company had given me a cost that was just outrageous. He then said sure bring it down. I had the car towed their. Honestly I can’t say enough the service the price everything was amazing and to top it off I had my car back the same day.their an Awsome business with great prices customer service and value for money were going to be servicing both our vehicles their now for sure.

Writing to replace the one star review which I posted about recently replacing rear axles seals after miscommunication between the mechanics and the people within the office. The owner was quick to call to discuss and the mechanic was happy to chat about what work was completed on the car.

I initially walked in after trying to complete the work myself. After requesting for the axle seals and pinion seals to be replaced as it's an older car the guys thoroughly explained why they wouldn't recommend for the pinion seal to be replaced unless it is leaking badly.

They completed the work faster than expected and were quick to fix the miscommunication that caused the previous bad review. I'd be more than happy bringing my car back to Ultratune Carlisle to fix any issues it may have in the future.

Cannot recommend this garage enough, Simon was really knowledgeable and helpful! My partner and I were in our camper-van and needed a service done promptly as we live in it. It needed quite a lot of work due to the previous owners negligence so we needed to leave it overnight. They organised an Uber to take us to a hotel for the night and everything was done by early afternoon the next day. We were always kept in the loop, we never had to call Simon for updates - which is what usually happens at other garages!
Our air conditioning hadn’t been working since we left Sydney a month ago and nobody could figure out why - however Simon pointed us in the right direction to an air con specialist who diagnosed and fixed it in 10 minutes. The other mechanics were all super friendly and helpful too. Thanks so much for your hard work and everything you do:)!

Recently took my car to Ultra Tune Carlisle a couple of weeks ago. I knew going in I had a fair few issues with it. The mechanic that serviced my car, Darren, was more than happy to explain everything to me - in simple terms, for someone that doesn’t understand cars, which was appreciated. Not only was he polite, friendly & informative, but his knowledge of cars is applaudable. Best experience I’ve had with a mechanic to date. Definitely taking my car back there again in the future, and will be recommending him to my family & friends.

Service not thorough. Disrespectful and dismissive customer service - particularly towards women

Very disappointed in the service provided. Break pads and discs were worn down and this was not picked up during the service. When breaking made a loud metal scraping noise. Have since taken the car elsewhere to be repaired and both pads and discs replaced as did not feel confident with the service provided at Ultratune Carlisle. Windscreen fluid was also not replaced during their service. Any sort of refund was not offered and when asked for was denied. Poor customer service.

Very good experience. I was caught out and needed my a fault resolved in my car asap. They fitted me in the next day and when my plans for getting the car there failed they also organised a tow. They also gave the pricing before doing work with the worst case scenario and ended up finding a some faulty wiring saving me a $400 part and additional labour.

I had my radiator crack near by. I drove my BMW into the shop at 1pm on a Friday. The gentlemen there were so kind and hard working. They diagnosed the fault found me a new radiator and installed it and fix a oil filter cap fault I had all by 430pm. I lived in pinjarra and they really went to extra length for me get my car home that day with a back up plan of a curtesy car. But they got it done and I was very happy with the service, pricing and quality I got.
