Quick reliable and sorted my hilux out for a fair price. The boss Leroy really made it easy to get my truck fixed and communicated exactly what was wrong with it and how they were gonna fix it. I'll definitely be back next time anything happens to the old girl

Took a look at my suspension after I hit a kerb, I heard some knocking noises. Tightened a slightly loose tie rod and seems to be better. Didn't charge me a cent!
Will certainly use these mechanics I'm the future I've had so many issues with places mostly with honesty. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know.

Yesterday I had my car unexpectedly towed to Ultra Tune Carlisle since the oil light showed up and my car stopped suddenly. When I rang them, they said they were extremely busy but were happy to store my car until they could inspect it.

I was pleasantly surprised when within 24 hours, I received a call from LeRoy, the Mgr.telling me that my car was ready to be collected! At first I couldn't believe my luck and to top it all off, LeRoy told me that they couldn't find anything wrong but they did manage to service my car and topped up the necessary fuels, all in such a swift period of time!

Leroy and the team at Carlisle Ultra tune saved my bacon just before Xmas, with a new A/C compressor on the same day I called them. My dealer service centre had told me there would be a wait in ordering the part for my KIA, but Leroy and his crew had me out of the pits in 4 hours, with a genuine part fitted and nearly 40% cheaper than dealer!

I had work done on my old hilux, had the rear brakes/drums replaced. They gave it back to me with a horrible shake when I put my foot on the brake to come to a stop. I got him to come for a drive with me to see. They then denied and did not take responsibility for it and the guy Simon got very heated so I had to take it to another ultratune to get it fixed under warranty. Thought I’d use them because I was local to the area, man was I wrong…
