—I’ve had a lot of five star experiences here,
——-The last few have been threes and fours,
————-So I have to drop them back to 4 for awhile,?
This chef is five star ANYWHERE Against ANY competition, let alone for a pub. The scallops and chorizo dish is to die for.
The waitresses particularly Katie and Laura are very good too. Nothing’s too much trouble for them.

Very grumpy and aggressive staff member. Certainly not a family friendly venue anymore.
Way too much smoking area too, whole courtyard stinks, can’t get away from the smoke.

I had Uber eats delivered. I ordered the nachos. All I can say is WOW. They were delicious. Best I have tasted in a long time

Nice atmosphere, child friendly offering kids coloured pencils and pictures.
Menu was varied and not full of the usual items, Asian, Aussie and American.
The rib eye steak is 400gms and costs $40, but it is very worthy of the price.
Main serve of garlic prawns has hubby pushing his tummy limits, but he managed to put it all away.
Chicken parmigiana was well presented and tasted as good as it looked.
Sorry no pictures taken this time. We're too hungry and the food looked and smelt so good.
We'd go again.

Although we live just around the corner, that was our first visit at Vale.
We had lunch, the food was great and the portions are generous.
It's a bar, so need to order at the bar, and get your own cutlery etc, but that doesn't bother me. Will be back soon that's for sure

Went there for the parmi night, the venue is nice and relaxing, the food was good but very disappointed for the service, need to be improved, the staff was rude and made me want to leave.

If I said too many good things about it probably won't get a booking for my steak night Thurs night I say no more

Went for mothers day lunch. Our table was 1 of the high qs. Im in my 60s and cant climb a bar stool. We were then given fold up table. My daughter ordered th pork on scallops. 1 scallop that was half cooked. S-i-l stead was well done after a medium raw order. Couldn't get attention of staff. When we said something upon paying for bill were told "too late to do anything now.told them th food went back. " Didnt care. Apart from that was pretty good.
I made th booking so they knew I was an older person.not sure I would go back

Great spot! Easy peasy to book online. Beautiful interior, delicious, filling and big food. Really recommended for a place to go with friends or a family birthday dinner or something similar.

I like the place, Big outdoor setting with big screen TV. Its kids friendly but parents need to keep their kids under some control. High pitched screaming while running around, Yeah Na, not relaxing for me. However, meals have always been reasonably priced, well portioned and delicious. Great place to be on a warm night with friends

This place used to be great. The food has turned to s # i t with the new menu. The noise is almost unbearable and the security guards are in a word, useless.

Good atmosphere, clean, tidy and modern, friendly staff.
We had lunch off the special menu which was great value.

Calling in for the first time, was impressed with how open and spacious all areas were, as there wasa nice breeze when we arrived, we chose to sit outside in the well shaded garden area!
To our delight we discovered a nice simple menu with all the favourites present, So Chilli muscles, and my go to Parmy, were ordered, after a short wait both meals arrived looking sumptuous, and didn't dissapoint!
Muscles had a nice kick of spice, and the Parmy was of good size, accompanying chips were crisp and fresh!
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, thank you very much, will definatly be back! Highly recommend!

Disappointed in our local. Service was pretty poor, felt like we were an inconvenience, not customers. We ended up just getting a main and drink but for a table of 7 they really dropped the ball. No follow up drink orders, couldn't be bothered to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee, we had to hunt down our own water and glasses.

Good service, really big place! Great Family Pub! Food good and really big portions! Good choice of beer and good specials! I will be back!

Standing at the front door for about 5mins and every staff that walk through just try not to have a eye contact with us or even say please wait a second will coming soon, NOTHING. So we just left, never gonna back again. If there could rate 0 stars I definitely will do it.

Great steak specials deal on a Thursday! Reasonable quality food, pretty good service from Laura. Sadly another waitress serving our desserts found it a little too hard to place them in the relevant positions on the table so just dumped them both in front of one of our group instead. Not really a big problem but quite unprofessional.
