The Quarie Bar & Brasserie

Great atmosphere.
Unfortunately we ordered oysters as a starter to an outside table and weren't advised proactively that there were none. When ordering our 3rd drinks we enquired how far away they were when we were informed sorry we don't have any then refunded.this isn't how I would expect this to he handled. However the other food we ordered after that was great; share board, nachos and jalapeno poppers.

Went through to watch the glory league final, food is good, beer is good. Not really the place to watch televised sports. Not enough TVs

There were a few staff ups with the meal stk wasn't done medium rare And than when we got new stk had wrong sauce and also entree chorizo with feta b barely had feta but once we got the staff attention with was resolved to my satisfaction

I shall Start with Amy, what a star and a person who works with heart! The bar staff were awesome, best "White Espresso" ever! And thank goodness, the food was fantastic - Risotto Cake with a beautiful smoked casing. We have always loved the atmosphere since The Quarie opened and it's back!

Bitterly disappointed. Cold oysters Kilpatrick. I hour wait on medium cooked steak that was still extremely rare. And $14 for a pint of beer is disgusting!

Good food but service is somewhat lacking, they took ages to take our orders and this isn't the first time this has happened coming here. They do a coffee and cake $5 special which was fantastic. The staff were friendly but need to be a bit quicker attending to patrons. Coffees took ages to come out so we had to ask if they were still coming. A good place to come for lunch as they cater really well for mums and bubs and families which is great.

Went for drinks, but only stayed for one. No point if you're going to wait up to 35 minutes for a cocktail. Nice atmosphere, just wish that they'd have more staff one then two ladies running around trying to tend to the whole facility.

Really enjoyed my lunch at The Quarry Bar and Bistro. The food was amazing! Will definitely be back again.

Went for family dinner last night, disappointed, coffee was cold, garlic bread was like it had been soaking in oil, rissoto was too salty and the air conditioning was too cold. I think that's probably my last visit I'll do.
Sadly the standard has dropped a lot over the last couple of years.

They have a great range of beer on tap. The food was very tasty and came out in a short time.
The atmosphere is great and its very child friendly.
We went on Sunday arvo when there was live music being played and there were $8 pints from 3-4 cant get any beyter than that.

Food and staff were great, our table was next to the counter so our chairs kept getting kicked by staff walking past.

Not impressed at all to say the least. All the staff members took an attitude pill that made them be rude and not care to any of the customers. Not even busy at all. Won’t be coming back.

Fun atmosphere, excellent food backed up by great service and reasonable prices. I will be coming back here more than once!

Thuis old goat had a drink of goat beer and wondered if gary the goat was doing the same.

Nice atmosphere and wide range of beer on tap. Bit pricey though and I wasn't able to get my unfinished meal to take away. I was told it was policy due to the fact that if I ate the meal several days later and got ill they would be liable. Weird.

Service was slow, staff to worried about who was doing what.
Then still took time to serve 4 at bar

Great venue. Quizmeister Trivia on Monday nights, which is my favourite. Amazing value prizes for trivia. The menu has a good range and the quality is above average for a pub. My only criticism is that the food can be inconsistent depending how busy they are, particularly with the daily special. I've had a cold chicken parmi a couple of times but that is all. Everything else is great about this venue and I highly recommend it.

Normally this place has lovely meals with really great service, however today that didn't happen. Dropped in for a late Friday lunch. Was taken to a table (with table service) but there was only 2 staff working and both were in the bar. After waiting for ages, still no one came over & we ran out of time and left without even given a bottle of water. Don't think they even noticed. V disappointing: (

They accept your apology for previous behaviour which have never hurt anyone but then when you go there and ask for a cup of tea they kick you out. Also fish over cooked. Also the vale is cheaper in their meals not so crowded and staff more understanding when told the truthalso i would like to know what the liquor and gaming people would have to say about them serving people that they know are drunk even before they enter the hotel but they still serve them
