Bands here are Brilliant, recommend this place any time of the year.

I ordered a chicken parmigiana, the sauce was old chicken dry, vegetables where spot on, not worth the price over rated would not stop here again

Every time we come to Esperance we try many local restaurants and always come back to the Pier Hotel. The staff are amazing, always cheerful and accommodating. The food has always been exceptional for pub food it goes beyond expectations. The waiting staff are so friendly, Alana an amazing g young Irish girl and the beautiful little Argentinian girl are so fantastic with the customers. Thank you for an amazing week xx

Great wood fired pizzas and other menu options. Full bar service including beers, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Pool tables. TAB. Karaoke nights. Live music sometimes. Nightclub open on weekends.

Food was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend the lamb shank Wellington, but all the food was delicious.

Cold beers and nice pub meals.

Personally, I had a lamb pizza which was basically a margarita but with 6 small bits of lamb meaning that 1/3 of the slices were actually NOT lamb pizza at all.
Other meals overcooked.

The pier hotel has an extremely amazing view but the serving sizes are completely off. We ordered 3 sticky date puddings 1 out of the 3 was not properly sized to portion. As you can see the furthest sticky date is less that half the size of the one closest to the camera. Can you your kitchen staff please work on your portion sizing, everything else was great

I ordered the tortellini which cost $32. I received five pieces of tortellini that didn’t match the description and had no taste. If I’m paying top dollar I expect my taste buds to be awakened if even just a little

If you have any respect for your pallet or your stomach give this place a wide birth. By far the worst meal I've had in Esperance. Tasteless slop, lukewarm and thrown on a plate.

Deserts are always top notch. The food is good as well. Apart from not being allowed to substitute sides. For example, being told I had to buy mash separately instead of substituting the wheat battered chips for mash for food intolerance reasons

The pier is a go to for a good feed and a fun night out! Staff are super friendly and the beers are cold, what more could you want

Went for lunch was a good pub meal Kids meals do the job, salad bar is OK as well. Great views and plenty of space for a family gathering

Great food and atmosphere. Visited this place approximately 2 years ago and it does not disappoint. Recommend a visit to enjoy. Go early as it gets really busy in the evening.

When in Espy, got to visit the Pier for a Bay Burger or the fish and chips. Old pub, but with modern service.

When we go out in and around Perth
But tonight's dinner was the first and worst steak chips and salad I've ever had
The chips were cooked perfect

Friendly staff, good food and DRAUGHT GUINNESS!
The staff are on the ball with COVID regulations but in a friendly way.
Lunchtime menu is good value for money and plenty of options for seating. Ocean views, Sports Bar or Beer Garden.
Our $13 lunctime special fish and chips was enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! Despite not looking as flash from the outside as the other pub down the road, the food is definitely much, much better! The only place we ate at twice on our recent trip to Esperance, definitely worth a visit if you're in town!
