Well what an experience - of the worst kind! We had friends visiting from the U. K and were to meet more who lived in Mandurah at the Norfolk for dinner last night. Keeping in mind we live an hours drive away and l had booked our table for 7pm. We arrived to be told there wasn't a table and after several discussions l asked to speak to the duty manager. He was rude and made me feel like l was the one causing the problem. I will never go there again and will certainly be spreading this around - a big fat zero!

The $40 steak i got was over cooked (burned even) when asked for med rare, it came with 8 wedges. 8! That was all. Lady that served us was rude bad day possibly but honestly for the price i expected more.shame really cause i like the pub sadly wont be returning for lunch again!

Do yourselves a favour and go to this place! Have the smoked platter for 2, it was amazing! Staff were super friendly, pizzas were made completely from scratch right before our very eyes, and the atmosphere was buzzing! We have added to out top 10 places to eat: D

Beautiful old hotel. I was going to grab some lunch from here but looking over the menu there was nothing that appealed to me so left. Parking is very hard to find on the weekend but this is not the pins fault. They have done an excellent job at the decor and the greenery is awesome.

This is beautiful hotel with a really good atmosphere. I love the plants it really sets a good tone. The staff truely understand hospitality, and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great time. Beer selection is outstanding with a number of craft beers on tap. The smiksm fills the outdoor area with an apetising aroma of smoked meat.

Great meals and location in freo. But neads to have cheaper beers etc to compete with other pubs near!

Hi there, I am a huge fan of your hotel so a NYE with the promise of good music got me in. However, after lots of different stuff which had everyone on the dance floor, you left a self indulgent, untalented house music DJ in place for 45 precious NYE minutes despite the fact absolutely no one was dancing! I pointed this out to the floor manager who told me that this was a house party.my girlfriend and I appealed to the DJ and ten mins from midnight a new DJ got us all up and as I write the music is fantastic at last!

Came in to Northfolk for a meal with high expectation and was very disappointed. First of all no kids menu and when i asked was told there is none but there is three kids choises. We ordered our starters and main meals the starters came out all was fine a little small then the kids meal and one of the main meals came out and both were very very small we finished our meals and two drinks but no third main meal so we asked what was taking so long. The staff had made a mistake and offered us the chicken burger free we said yes. Then later i went to eat the chicken burger and honestly was so bad a couldn't eat it so over all for one of the most popular pubs in fremantle we were extremly disappointed and will never return shame as the venue is lovely.

A great selection of beer and wines available on tap and bottle. The food is great but needs a bit more of a selection.

Had a great night here. Wonderful staff. Especially our lovely server who went above and beyond carrying out our ridiculousy heavy birthday cake. There is a great atmosphere and some of the best brisket and pulled pork we have ever eaten. Ty x

Delicious food however overpriced. I paid $38 for a beer and a gluten free pizza.
I like the service they provided, but I reckon it seems unfair to charge more for a gluten free Pizza base
