Max at the Good Guys was very helpful with advice on the Coffee Grinders and Steam Mops. We had a very informative visit.

This is place where you can buy everything you need to survive except eatables at competitive rates as the owners claim. They maintain social distancing norms because of Corona virus.

Really nice staff, favorite store that I will be visiting often, really love the new store fit out, first time I have gone into the store since start of COVID-19 have definitely missed going to the store

I had an issue with a TV that I purchased from the store via their website. I rang The Good Guys and explained the issue. Daniel Harris, from the store, took ownership of the problem and was extremely polite and customer focused. He kept me fully informed and was able to resolve the issue. Thanks to him and his team. I would recommend The Good Guys Cockburn store to any of my friends and family.

Bought a $900 which had a $200 gift card Promo on it, only for the good guys to send us a $60 gift card. We've sent them emails and Facebook messenger messages which they never bother replying to. This purchase was my first and last, I'll never buy from them again. I wouldn't recommend.

My favourite local "The Good Guys" store. Unfortunately over the years, the slogan has changed, but they are still well prices over some of its competitors. Their staff are very helpful and for all the times I have visited, I have had a staff member ask me if I needed any assistance. They know their stuff and are helpful and quick to do the research if they aren't sure about something. When it comes to the general white goods, this store hasn't fault me at all. They also handle return and warranty well compared with its competitors.

The customer service is poor.

We were trying some display equipment and they come with an ironic tone of 'are you ok' to then turn it off as soon as we will walk away, then be followed like a shark in a tank to see what else you touch.

May suggest future shoppers to wear a tuxedo.it seems that it does matter if you want to be treated well.

Also do not stay close to closing time.what it seems like a nice mob.will very quickly change to attack mode.

Buy online. Amazon has no hassle.

Won't go back. Didn't want to take any cash off the listed price. Called Havey Norman while there and they took $50 off over the phone and was able to pay with AMEX for no extra charge. I though if you paid cash you got a discount, apparently not!

Shopped here 3 times and disappointed every time! The first time I left after waiting for someone to come and help me even though there was only 2 other people there! Second time I was told to carry a heavy microwave to the counter myself (even though I was heavily pregnant!) and third time, the staff were so unprofessional and the girl behind the check out was so miserable! I'd prefer to drive the extra distance to the O'Connor store!

Sold me a smoke alarm that does not meet Australian standards. Refused to provide a full refund. Buyer beware.

I recently purchased a dishwasher from The Good Guys branch in Cockburn. Adam is a very knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth sales person who asked all the right questions to understand my needs and then suggested the ideal product. I was taken back by Adam's level of customer service - not only did I get a fair price, he was able to provide same day delivery! If you want to save time and get the best level of service possible - Adam is your man.

Excellent service recovery from my previous 1 star review (when my wife with our 5mth old baby, had to balance a huge cooker on her head with no help from the till). Next day phone call from the manager / owners to understand what happened with immediate service recovery. Has always been my go-to good guys store and will continue to be.

Very disappointed. This is my usual good guys I have supported. I bought a pressure cooker for my staff for mother’s day and had to work so the Mrs picked it up. Mrs was carrying our 5mth old bub when collecting and the store members didn’t lift a finger to help get the bulky item to car. The Mrs had to place the boxed cooker on her head to balance it to the car. Terrible.

Been there many times, the staffs were helpful. Even though one time they messed up with my order and I couldn't pick it up, they offered premium delivery as compensation. So it was fine
