Hard to find a modem router in a particular brand unless you shop online.
Plenty of parking.
Friendly knowledgeable staff.
Specials and sales are always good

Stood around for 30 minutes waiting to get served, someone got told on the PA twice. Absolutely appalling customer service will not be returning and urge everyone to find the same product at another shop. Currently heading to JB in booragoon for a better experience.

Very bad after sale customer services. I paid 170$ for Tv wall mounted. They left unfinished work no power supply and tv streaming even entina on roof not connected to tv. So total waste of money when trying to call at store nobody take responsibility they give the no of 3rd party and now only can listen the music.
I am extremely disappointed the way they are not listening. I spend more than 5 thousands at this store and no one listens the complaint.

We ordered an air fryer with click and collect. According to your website it says to bring copy of confirmation email printed or on phone plus ID. My husband did that and the lady refused to serve him without a copy of the PayPal transaction. Nice way of making your customers feel like their doing something wrong by having to prove it is their order in excessive, unnecessary steps and not in accordance to your website instructions. The email plus phone messages saying the order is ready plus a drivers licence matching all these details should be sufficient.

Placed the order for Linsar 82 Inch TV on 29 Sept 2021 and rang store every Thursday for update. Everytime I was promised that someone will call and nobody rang me back.

Upon checking with The Good Guys Cannington on 23rd Oct, I have been told that stock is available at Whelshpool. I ended up cancelling my order and placed fresh order with The Good Guys @ Cannington.

We bought few home appliances in past 2 years our experience was good except onetime. Plenty stock and friendly staff.

Only thing I don’t like is when you want a refund or exchange they are very difficult to deal with

I buy all  of my appliances from the good guys. Good quality, price, range of products and excellent customer service.

I really appreciate for all help and support which we got from "CHRIS". Would highly recommended service from him.
Chris is so knowledgeable and give expert and right advice.

I always buy product which is recommended by Chris. I am dealing with Chris from almost 2 to 3 years atleast now and I can trust his knowledge and recommendation on product completely.
I highly appreciate his customer service and he is always ready to help with smile. I personally recommend, he should be promoted further as manager as he deserve it. Thankyou Chris and goodguys.

Was impressed with selection of goods and expertise of staff. Phone wait was short, assistance was top notch.
Lose a star for staff member: cranky old woman with glasses who was dismissive and didn't follow up when she was free. Was ready to walk with her rudeness.
Storeman was so polite and friendly. Run off his feet, but was communicative and helpful.

I ordered on line washing machine and it was out of stock. I called the number provided in email from Good guys and I spoke with staff in Cannington store. It was very, very bad customer service. I went then to my local Cockburn store. Guy named Rhys served me. I can't have enough good words for this young man. He went through the same problem with other store but managed to cancel my online order. I bought new washing machine from him. Rhys service deserves 10 not just 5. Highly recommend Cockburn store.

Very disappointed with customer service. Had to keep phoning back to get answers as to a missing part in my dishwasher, told different answers each time & still no response after phoning the complaints line.

Poor customer service. Went to the service desk for assistance with some floor care products, staff member said she would get someone to assist me, heard the request over the PA system. Waited 15 minutes and no one came. The store wasn't busy, it was 10: 30am on a Friday. Will buy online instead.

Very good experience in picking out a TV. We were served by a gentleman called Doug. His product knowledge was superb and he was able to tell us the features of the LG vs SONY vs SAMSUNG TV with the pros and cons. He made our choice very easy and we ended up buying the tv that best suited our needs and budget. Doug even introduced the flexible payment plan. We left happy and contented and will certainly recommend the Good Guys at Cockburn.

The employees need training on customer care or you will loose business. Been to the Jandakot store twice, no one cares why you’re there.
