A special thank you to Sam at Good Guys Cockburn. He provided us with amazing customer service and was so friendly to talk too. We needed a new fridge then and there as ours had died. He went through the different models that were going to suit our needs (we were limited by size and needed a plumbed fridge and I didn't want handles). He knew his stuff when it came to fridges. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to go through the different specifications and sizes of the fridges. Delivery was very quick! I will be going back to see Sam when I need to buy my new dishwasher.
After spending thousands at the goodguys over the past year, getting unjustified rudeness and utter sass from a blue haired/ pierced lady is disappointing and leaves a sour note for further business.
Luckily the guys in pick up, especially the Lovely strawberry blonde lady, were beyond friendly, helpful and what you would want in a team member!
The blue haired chick, take note and get an attitude adjustment.

Will never shop here again! The salespeople are not 'good ' guys. They are not friendly and are very unaccommodating. We went there just to buy a vaccum cleaner.we already saw what we wanted and only needed someone to get it for us but nobody approached us when we found one, he said just a sec, then never got back to us. We had to look for another person to assist us, and even that person didn't seem very accommodating, so we said we just wanted that vaccum as we didn't feel comfortable talking to her. When we were paying, the cashier Jaz S exuded arrogance and bad attitude, which is not befitting a person in customer service. The way she talked to us was terrible, and it made me care enough to post this review. She should be retrained on good customer service. I just didn't want to waste my time going there, so I still bought the vacuum that I wanted, but that will be the last am gonna shop there. I don't recommend this place. I should have gone somewhere else.
Wall Mount TV Set Up (76 Inch & Over) $419.00
The installer charged $175 on top for the Bracket Mount. Same bracket is available for under $70. I was not informed earlier to arrange the bracket. Had I known I would have saved. Also $419 at booking time gives the impression its all included.
Terrible customer service very rude and aggressive staff member (manager lady) on return the faulty product bought few months ago.
Absolutely disgusted with the telephone service. Called to ask about the stock of an item and we passed around on hold for more than 15 minutes before giving up. Anyone would think they don't want business. Shocking way to run a company. Short of staff is no excuse as this request would have taken literally 2 minutes to complete.
Unfortunately, had a terrible experience. Don't think this would reflect the same experience between different Good Guys stores. However, Good Guys Cockburn/Jandakot does not provide good service.
Bought a dishwasher from here that was delivered by 2 men that refused to move the dishwasher to the appropriate spot that was asked. They also refused to unbox the product and take the boxes with them. (Previous experience with The Good Guys denotes that this is a service they usually provide). When asked as to why the 2 delivery men decline to this, they simply said that we needed to pay "Premium Service" to avail of this service.
To add to this, we also paid for someone to assist us in installation of the product which was an additional $120 on top of the product as well as delivery. The installation description said that we would be contacted within 48 hours of purchase. However, After 1 week of waiting, we did not get contacted. Called the shop for a follow up with regards to this in which we were not even given a reason as to why we did not get contacted. Finally, after being passed around over the phone by the manager and staff members, they asked us to come back to the shop for a refund of purchase that was done online. Will never buy from this shop again.

Have to add an adenda to this review, and downgrade my stars from 5, to 1.
My laptop, bought in January, suddenly stopped charging and so we took it back to good Guys to get warrantee service.
The guy on the desk was OK, but didn't seem to understand that we had privacy concerns about the data on my computer if we gave them a login. Given that the problem was charging, I wasn't able to access the laptop to get anything off before they checked it out and as I found out later from ACER, would be dumping all my data anyway.
Anyway, he passed us on to a very loud, short, blond, girl who proceeded to be VERY assertive about what they would and wouldn't do, and when we didn't want to cooperate with that was very short with us, leaving us standing without telling us what she was doing, eventually returning with someone claiming to be the manager.
Things didn't progress well from there but eventually he said we could try one of the display model's charging cords on mine, but that they didn't have my model? What the?
Unfortunately his attitude was offputting and the person with me finally got sick of being talked down to, and started giving as good as he was getting, also dropping a couple of mild expletives.
The manager kicked us out of the shop.
How convenient!?
Does he now think they wont have to do any warrantee work?

These kind of human interaction keeps me repeatedly coming back and my first choice of this category of store. Many other good experiences with other Good Guys stores in Perth. You are champions!
I was expecting a late delivery on a Friday and hasn't heard from the store regarding a time so I rang them. A lovely young lady took my call and arranged a private courier to collect my item and completed the delivery. Was pleasantly surprised after my horror experiences with Cannington Good Guys.
Bought couple of items from here no issues. Customer service usually good. But lately the couple of staff that have helped me just have no care factor.
Initially, it took a long time to be served which was annoying as we wanted some advice. But the guy who helped us did a great deal for us and then helped carry boxes to the car boot.
Poor customer service, ordered phone in for $1500 December, said it would be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks phoned store to follow up, store said they would, never got back phone again each week over 3 weeks, same answer, we will get back never did. Phone again late Jan, said they would check another store and get back, never did. Phoned today to check and at least they got back to say they don't have and won't be getting. Ask to speak to manager who said it is not there problem or fault but Samsung's they are happy to give refund and not there problem that accessories were purchased for phone model. The Bad Guys

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service. The young girl at the checkout laughing at me after I was told to speak to the manager both manager and the young girl very rude and carried on like I was wasting their time. Both laughed at me when I got the name wrong of the initial person helping us with our warranty claim. I said politely the first time 'I am not sure what's funny? ' and after the continued to laugh I walked out! I have never had such bad service and after spending thousands of dollars in their store I will not return.
