Great service only reason for 4 stars is small selection of outdated laptops and no dashcam the only two things I went in for
Bought an appliance with concierge "gold service" for three years.one year down the track the product is faulty like many others and despite a policy to replace with a new one.we cannot get one! Therefore full cash refund minus the $60 for a service that cannot be fulfilled.pure robbery.and apparently it is also our fault.but we will have a lovely day.this place is getting worse.

I have never had such poor service. Everything is left to the girls at the front counter. Floor staff could care less.very disappointed I even left and tried by phone. After one disconnected call and being left on hold twice I gave up.
Ordered and paid online.about 11am, went to pick.the item up and waited about 30mins. 1 person on the front desk, many on the floor helping customers get the right item though?

Always polite and helpful. I have purchased no less than $30,000.00 worth of products from this store and I will always come back as they are not only local, but they allow parking out the front of their store. I recommend this store to anyone in this area of Perth for very good value and store assistance.
Don't buy from here, after sale service is horrible. I purchased a product with conceirge extended warranty, had an issue and was told bluffs by very rude arrogant manager, he should enroll for customer service course. I will never buy from this store even I am local.
Do not buy goods from here if it is faulty they will not refund you, instead they qoute you minimum legal requirements they have to meet. Very poor
