This store has amazing staff, Natasha from the front desk went above and beyond to assist with finding a receipt so we could get our washer fixed. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase any item, big or small. Excellent customer service.

I came in yesterday and Catherine went above and beyond helping me with my purchases and the girl at the payment desk was very kind and patient with me as I hit a few road blocks trying to sort out payment. Thanks ladies:)

Don't bother, rude staff, bought a steam mop off them that broke within 6months. 2 months later after many phone calls I found it in Greenwood where it had been waiting to be picked up by them 3 weeks ago! Just hopeless

Ok once they have your money but don't try and get a faulty washing machine fixed under warranty. They don't care.

We were informed by sales person that the watch purchased was able to do an ECG recording, but when set up only did heart rate! Staff should know the products they are selling.

Oven delivered on time on a Sunday afternoon but when we checked back of oven is dented. We phoned store immediately and was told to send an email with photos of damage, but sadly got no response. Called store next day no answer, called again and told sales person was busy but she would call back, did not happen. Called store again and got disconnected twice whilst on hold for the Manager. Not Happy Jan

Iam only satisfy with one person in good guys. I.e. Catherine. She is the lady of words. I bought my refrigerator and she helped me a lot not only that anytime we goes she always welcome with a smile. Rest of them are just there for sales. I am also from customer service so understand sales pressures but at least communication should be clear. We bought the dishwasher and we have to chase ourself for installation. Also the electrician came to our house was not aware of the distance of the dishwasher to the main outlet as sales person was just in a hurry to go home. And finish the sales and we have to pay extra. When we contacted they told they will get back to us but no call back. Very very poor response.

Went yesterday to buy a fridge we had seen advertised. Very few customers but eventually were able to attract the attention of a sales rep. This guy was one of the most unhelpful people we have ever experienced. Left the shop and bought the fridge at the Joondalup branch.

Getting one star because I can't give 0. Wife went to there to buy equipment for a business. Manager didn't want her to use the toilet after an hour or more selecting equipment. When the helpful assistant opened the door for her, the manager squeezed past and sat in the loo for 25 minutes. I would suggest you employ grown-ups.

Hands down the worst customer service I have experienced in a long long time.

Originally told delivery would be 10 to 14 days but that has now blown out to almost 9 weeks. Its not even the fact that the goods have been delayed. Its the fact that nobody from the goods guys stayed in contact to let me know what was going on. If we had of known there were delays, we could have source the items else where so our kitchen reno could be completed much earlier and we wouldnt have been without an cooking facilities for 9+ weeks.

Customer service is poor. Difficult to find staff and unless you're spending heaps you won't get much help. In fact I have found some quite abrupt.

This was some of the worst and unmotivated staff members I have met. We went in for a coffee machine and they brought it out but the model was incorrect. They had us wait 10 minutes just for someone to get us the right product. While we were waiting another staff member was on the phone with a customer about an order and she was explaining the complications about the customers order very impatiently and rudely. After we grabbed the manager and he went to get the coffee machine for us. The only thing he was able to do is sorry and blaming us for now being upset with his service. We explained to him how upset we were and how his customer service was not up to par. I personally work in the customer service industry and I know that's not how our customer complaint are handled. Usually you find put what's wrong and how the customer feels, then you want to know what the customer would suggest to fix it and lastly you would find a solution with the customer.

Sales Team member Catherine, shes the real MVP. Had the best experience dealing with her. Albeit a slight hiccup with the fridge delivery (not her fault), but she sorted it out straight away ensuring fast delivery.

A little disappointed today. I was given a refurbished laptop without Bluetooth. GG didn't have a simple Bluetooth dongle! I acknowledge new laptops don't need one but it's a basic item for lots of people still out there. I forgot to ask if they have external DVD drives, since NEW laptops don't have one internally anymore! I'll have to ring them.

Once again the service was disappointing with staff complaining they're overstretched. A very unhappy place indeed. Would rather drive to Joondalup branch in future

Consistently terrible customer service. Staff are repeatedly unfriendly (rude) unhelpful or unavailable.
Don't bother wasting your time if you're looking for assistance or someone to provide product knowledge, you won't get it here. Make the 10 min drive to Joondalup Harvey Norman or JBHI-FI instead.

Absolutely disguised with the the customer service at this store! Purchased 2 Split System air conditioners with install from them on the 1st Nov, I intentionally made sure that they would install them on my roof, applied for a Latitude finance as there was a rebate from them for the installs, saving $750. They then charged the full price for the installs, which I got them to correct, however leaving a pending transaction on my card for $899 - thinking this would drop off after a couple of weeks i left it!

After multiple reschedules for the install the installer arrived and refused to install on the roof as they didn't have the ticket, so I returned everything, and they credited everything but the pending transaction. Now going on 5 weeks from the initial purchase date and 2 weeks since the return, im fighting to get my money back as it is still pending on the card. Drove in to the store after being on hold for 40 Mins with them, there was no manager in the store to assist and they would call be back, 2 days later no call back. Called back this morning to we will get the manager to call you back, not holding my breath. Almost time to go to the ombudsman!
Would not recommend!

Went to pick up my online order after receiving two reminder emails that my order is ready to pick up, and after around 15 mins waiting in the express pick up area with two kids in the car, I was told that they don’t have my item in stock! I asked to cancel my order and got a voucher after 2 weeks time.

Really bad customer service, went in knowing what i want to buy but unfriendly staff made me walk out go to Bunnings and bought it there.
