I bought Samsung TV from this store 3 weeks ago. It had faulty so I came back to store the week after.the lady at TV section lodged claim for me (as she said). I waited for 3-4 days without any call. I called the Conceirge and realised there was no claim under my name. I had to reclaimed myself. New TV was sent out to replace faulted one 3 days ago. I called to make sure my extended warranty was applied to the replaced TV. They said they would call me back to let me know. 4 days alter, I still havent got any call from them. Unfortunately, same faulty happened again witht eh replace TV. I came to store again and had the same lady. She put the claim through last night. I checked with Conceirge this morning and there was no claim under my name again.so I had to reclaim myself.the whole process was frustrating. Once I have refund for this TV, I'm sure I won't come back to Good Guys for any high value product any more.too much hassle if some thing goes wrong.
Stood around waiting and waiting for help from the team at goodguys Clarkson. Then I ask for a product I've been searching for and they then tried to pressure me into buying a second hand product that was brought back by a customer and wanted to charge me the same price as the product brand new when this product has been open and used. Then rushed me and pushed me aside when I wasn't happy paying full price for a second hand product that they said they are just going to use as a display if I don't buy it.
As large scale retailers go, Good Guys has always been a good business. The store in Clarkson however takes it to another level. Well set out, staff are knowledgeable and courteous and the service was prompt. Highly recommend going in and seeing the team if your after anything the Good Guys cover.
Terrible customer service. The ladies there are absolutely rude and quite useless. Something obviously needs to be done to make things right at that store as there are alot of bad reviews. Management clearly not taking notice. I did see some good reviews but they must be fake judging by my experience at the store on several occasions.
Went in knowing what make we wanted but found 2 different models.we waited for Linda to finish with another customer as she was the revitive guru.she was very helpful.and knew her product.
We recently purchased a SMEG electric oven for a great price. Real old fashioned service is what you can expect from Katherine in the whitegoods department. Katherine knows her products and provided us with all the details we needed to make an informed decision without doing all the running around. Thank You Good Guys Clarkson!
Rang up storetstore confirm they had stock of an item. Was told they did have stock one was put aside for me. Went to store and told that there wasn't any stock and he didn't know what he had looked up. An hour and a half wasted getting to Clarkson.
Wow, the 2 women on the front counter should be embarrassed. Miserable as & chewing gum. No greeting, couldn't even crack a smile.
This is my third time editing this review. First was around 6 July 2020, then next below was on 16 July 2020 after speaking with Nathan Vigar and now today on 17 July 2020, I must say Nathan has surpassed my expectation in remedying the issue. I will definitely shop at good guys again. Thank you.
I put the below review about a week ago. I would like to say that, Linda the sales person did in fact put in the order on 2 July 2020 and Nathan Vigar, the supervisor did confirm this. Nathan is a good supervisor and is very reasonable in his approach. He has agreed to a very reasonable remedy and if it comes through, I will amend this review further.
Very bad experience. Will never shop at Good Guys ever again. First and last time I will ever shop with them.
Ordered a dishwasher and paid on 2 July 2020. I was promised delivery and installation on Monday, 6 July 2020. It turns out the sales person did not put through the work order. Waiting at home, no delivery and not able to chase up the right person. Eventually chased up and told delivery
next day. Delivery and installation happened the next day, 7 July 2020. Then call back on 8 July 2020 from The Good Guys that they installed the wrong model and therefore they need to come back, uninstall and reinstall the right model. So now, the second hand dishwasher used in my property for one day is now going to be installed in someone else's house as first hand dishwasher? I am wondering if the same is happening in my place as well. That if they installed a wrong dishwasher else and now returning it. This is ridiculous. I will stick to Harvey Norman next time.
Just spent 10 mins in a queue at the till. Not a big deal but when there are 6 or 7
Sales people on the floor standing chatting, with zero customers in the store, and they leave just one girl on the till, it gets frustrating.
Been a long time shopper at good guys
But to wait 25 minutes when it isn't busy to book a simple maintenance check is a bit much, a better communication from the FOH staff was needed. Disappointed

Bought 3 appliances here last Tuesday (02.06.20). Catherine (sales assistant) apporached me and asked if I needed a hand. I told her what I was after and offered me a massive discount with the fridge, washing machine, dryer, stacking kit plus 5 year warranty on all the 3 items I have got plus delivery, installation and rubbish collection too. Couldn't ask for more, suoer happy with what I have purchased and the customer service. Look for Catherine if you plan to buy stuff, she is amazing.
I’m a small woman and the laptop sales assistant who was a big guy was genuinely intimidating towards me. I accidentally stood too close to him and he forcefully raised his hand into my face and raised his voice at me. It was an honest mistake and I was really surprised that treating another person like that was acceptable, never mind a customer.
I had taken the laptop that I purchased 2 days prior back because it was slow. When I said that I was having troubles with it the assistant replied with “I doubt it” before snatching the laptop out of my hands to perform tests. It turns out there was something wrong with it and the assistant corrected that for me because he’s a good technician. It’s a shame that he felt the need to be so rude and intimidating towards a customer.
Customer service was under average and i never look forward to standing in their line. Anything in this shop seems to take forever.
Very poor customer service when trying to deal with an issue that occurred within the store.
Tried on three (3) separate occasions (including visiting the store) to speak in person with the manager only to be ignored or left on hold till the phone cut out.
Not sure what kind of store manager would treat their customers so badly (especially during these times) but obviously this is not the place I want to be spending my hard earned money.
In my opinion its best avoid places like this and if you need to use a Good Guys, head down to nearby Joondalup where they actually value their customers.
Great store. Has big range of electrical appliances. The staff here are fantastic. They are friendly and go out out of their way to find what model ot item you are looking. Have bought all my household appliances here over several years and get good deals and advice. Prices are comparative and often discounts. If some one is not sure they seek out the other staff member who has expertise in that area.
Daniel the assistant manager was so helpful sorting out my problem with the washing machine from fisher and Paykel and the mix up in my credit account. Unfortunately fisher and paykel were not good. Over priced, lacking in customer service and i havent been to them in 6 months.
So i dont appreciate them using my details just because i may have walked past one of their sensors.
Easy to buy but not easy when something breaks down, it's never their fault! In fact I purchased a Dishwasher and a Washing Machine on the same day and same invoice, I was sold an insurance which only covered the cheapest item. Go figure! The broken down item was a Dishlex, which my parents have had the same issue and the answer from the store manager was "oh well it's not insured nothing we can do about it" Will never sit foot on that store again.no one takes responsibility!
