We don't often shop here but my mother wanted a foot spa. We had already considered kmart, big w, target and harvey Norman. There were a few options and 3 within $100 price range. After thinking it over we settled on an aromatherapy model that's perfect for her love of scents, salts and other things. After talking to the staff we got $3 off and paid $30 for 5 year care and warranty. The product looks well made and happened to be the last one in stock other than display. Very happy over all and can't wait to use it. If it breaks we are covered. Will definitely look at buying things in the future.

After visiting many Telstra stores in various malls, trying to get an understanding why my Netgear 'Nighthawk' was so slow as to be unusable, I turn up at the Goodguys in Rockingham where I was served by Matt and Jamie. Within minutes they had trialled the 'Telstra 4GX Wi-Fi Plus' modem and we quickly diagnosed that the 'Nighthawk' was faulty. Full marks and gratitude to Matt and Jamie for cutting to the chase and resolving my issues.

Worst customer service ever dont honour there price match guarentee at all was told out of the vacinity when the matched store is 15 minutes away i am a consierge member too and have read terms this is a joke. Twice they have made me travel to other stores to get the a price mate after todays outcome and being spoken to how i was.i and my family will boycott TGG and jb hifi which i have spent over 40k at in previous years. Manager was the one i delt with

Second time in as many weeks, the service was terrible. Promised great service and prices, price was ok, but service was well below par. Acknowledged at first and told by sales person, I will be back, but then forgotten about, waited and watched for 30 + minutes, the sales person never came back as was focused on customers who may have been spending more money. Harvey Norman here I come, another sale to HN.

Cuatomer service completely ignored me and just stared at me in a rude manner for no reason whatsoever. While I was wanting to buy a dishwasher and wanting a salespitch.

Customer service is spread a little thin, great range of products however you have to chase up someone to get info on stock.

Can not thank them enough for their top notch customer service.

Kerry and Ross were second to none, helped me with a return swap, and whole process was done and dusted within 1 call and 10 mins of their time!

Will definitely be back!

Can't give 0 stars. Although I have been ignored on at least 5 occasions, I do like to support local businesses, so decided to give the store another chance.

Went in to buy a dishwasher, TV and air-conditioning unit and left after being ignored in every single department even though I asked for help. Is business really that good that you can afford to throw away thousands of dollars in one sale?

Ordered some items online, paid, received the appropriate emails, received a call to collect. All good so far. Went to collect and was met by a snotty, short-tempered, rude and dismissive Indian woman. Cancelled the order. Never going back.

I visited the Rockingham store today to look at dishwashers. Received great customer service from Matt who was able to explain the different options of different brands. He made the decision of which brand to buy much easier and we were very happy with our purchase. The other young man (sorry didn't catch his name) was also helpful too. Thanks guys

Just been to the Good Guys to buy new GPS this time trying a tom tom GPS these dont last long 3yrs if I'm lucky anyway always go to good guys better range of items go yourself you want be disappointed

Normally lovely remote service, but when you look up the local store to find an appliance that says in stock and a certain price.you expect after a long out of your way drive to find that item available at that price.not No we haven't had that item for several weeks now!? Just what the? Thanks to Retravision 4 stores down for saving the day!

Extremely poor after service provided, brought a TV, after having issues with the TV I returned it to get a solution to the issue, returned home to find out they didn’t return the remote control and I had to revisit to pick it up. Still having issues with the TV and they say it’s my problem.

Making some large purchases we shopped around the Rockingham area to see who could do the best deal, The Good Guys won hands down! The professional service we received from Selena and Tory was second to none. They had great knowledge of their products, were professional and delivered great customer service.
