FOUR WEEKS without a family washing machine - even with TOP GOLD SERVICE Extended Warranty.

Referred me onto the clowns at Camtech in Canning Vale, who took several weeks to even give me an appointment time, to which they were 4.5 hours later. Surprised Samsung will even be associated with a company that has such poor views/ customer service. But glad to know it's not just me experiencing the same rubbish.

Camtech looked at the washer for a nano-second then casually asked, 'oh you didn't specify if you wanted a replacement washer or repair' I said, well if you an fix it, fix it, but if not replace it - whatever will ensure I'll have a working washer as fast as possible. As I'd assumed he hadn't actually assessed the washer yet.

He tried to make excuses about not providing a timeline for either. And then put the info in his iPad and went to leave.
He had already glanced at the washer knew it was the mother board, and has basically 'tricked' me into waiting now god knows how long before they get parts to repair. EVEN THOUGH, I had the option of the replacement with my type of gold warranty.

Turns out CamTech don't get paid as much for replacements.
Super poor service by Good Guys and Samsung for even having anything to do with CamTech and also now passing the buck.

. As this single mum of 2 boys who runs a Buisness, is still without a washing machine to ensure we have clean clothes and linen!

I asked for a request for help to look a product and 10 minutes later still waiting. When I went back to saw the guy let him know i couldn't wait any longer and I will go else, his response was sorry about and no interest in him getting anyone helping me. Poor customer service a

My partner and I visited the store in hopes to buy our very first fridge and washing machine. And we did exactly that with thanks to Rebecca! Rebecca understood what we wanted, colours, sizes and whatnot and was amazing. She gave us all the information we could possibly need for both fridge and washing machine. She was friendly and made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. Thanks Rebecca

Bought a new fridge and was promised 1 week until delivery but two weeks later and nothing. Rang to find out what happened and just kept being put through to another person. Wasn't even called back to let me know what's going on. Extremely unprofessional store.

Don't bother. Staff are rude and belittling. Treat CUSTOMERS like dirt. Ridiculous click and collect rules. Never shop here again!

Ordered a pair of headphones that weren’t in stock and was told they would be in the next delivery, went in a week later to be told they were indeed on back order and that I could be waiting weeks for them. The girl who served me initially seemed like she didn’t want to be there and barely said 2 words to me. Thank you to the lady who gave me my refund, you had no idea what you were doing but you were nice about it at least

The staff need to learn some customer service skills. Both times I have been in here there’s been plenty of staff sighted, they’re just always standing around chatting instead of helping customers. You have to go seek a staff member for assistance and then feel awkward to interrupt their conversation. The staff on checkout do not ask how you are or say to have a nice day, and look like they do not want to be there

Unmanned store. Staff busy not helping customers. Literally walked around looking for someone for 15 mins to make $1000 purchase. Felt like I was playing hide and seek.

Outstanding service from Mark K. Was extremely busy with the Black Friday sales but still gave us his full attention. Highly knowledgeable about air conditioning. Highly recommend!

We cashed off a Samsung fridge. Told that we could take it anytime. 13th
We called Good Guys if the fridge is ready today 18th. 10.22
We were told it's delayed to the 26th.
Reason - Samsung delayed etc. Went to the shops, got our refund and were tolded that if we were to return we weren't going to get the same price. We went to Harvey Norman, and got a GREAT DEAL.

I ordered a small Air Cooler online on Saturday. I don't know if it was due to Good Guys or the delivery company (Toll), but I am more than happy with the service. I ordered Saturday and it came this afternoon (Tuesday) and the product was so simple to unbox and work! Very pleased!

A weekend away and a spot of shopping, This store is huge! And I loved it. Plus old school customer service. Thank you Bec! I bought a washing machine from these guys last weekend and had it delivered to Perth, they really are “Good Guys! ” Ha I was concerned about whether I had connected it all correctly after it was promptly delivered and Bec organised someone to swing past during the week. Hassle free shopping, great service and products.

First time in the new shop very disappointed. Where have all the helpful and friendly staff gone.
The staff in the tv department where unhelpful when asked about sound bars. He just pionted and told us that one over there.

LINDA at Rockingham Goodguys is friendly, understanding especially when under pressure. I was sadly abrupt with her at the start after being passed to her from the Concierge service who I found out lied to her & pressured Linda to take my call when I said I would happily wait for an hour on hold while Linda took customers. I know what its like to be on my own at the service counter & have one of those days, phone rings, customers with strange questions as well as just customers, no time to think yet the whole time you have to smile. WELL DONE LINDA! I hope your bosses read this & give you an extra day off (with pay) off work, xmas bonus, free item or something. You did amazing with resources & situations you had!

I buy all my appliances from these “Guys” the ladies that I see are extremely well educated on every appliance I buy and the service as a result is almost perfect.

Prices are very competitive and it’s just a nice shopping experience.

Very helpful staff, if someone doesn't know something, they find someone that does and don't just guess the answer. Very knowledgeable on their products too. Will continue to purchase from Good guys.

I would like to give Chris a big thank you for all his help on my new samsung s22ulta purchase. He couldn't of been more helpful. His customer service was impeccable and I can tell you that doesn't happen very often these days. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he explained everything perfectly I had no trouble at all with the change over from my previous device. Well done Chris thank you.
