Constant Online Pricing errors make them not worth shopping there. You should bite the bullet and honor your mistakes.
Poor service every time I visit this store. Walked around for a good 10mins in an almost empty store. I wasn’t approached until I physically picked up what I wanted and started walking to the front, it appeared the store person just wanted to add the item to their “sales target”
Great over the phone service - especially Mel who helped me find just what i wanted. I was waiting for 7 minutes to get through another Good Guy store and it kept reverting back to administration desk as no one was answering the phone in that section. Very Happy that i decided to try O'Connor!
Everytime time ive gone in there ive had to basically hog tie a staff member down to get some help they walk past looking the other not wanting to help or looking at there watches seeing if its time to knock off.
I had been there a few times for some home appliances such as fridge, washing machine and so on. The staffs are very helpful, friendly and give advice. Pricing is very competitive. If the products are the same brands or models, they will bit the price. Will be back again.
These guys think they're above consumer law protection. There is a pending case against them for not replacing an expensive faulty item. Beware of dealing with this branch of Good Guys.
Service was great until things went wrong. Our 3 year insurance policy was not sold to us in good faith. Our freezer broke down and had been discontinued They gave us a credit. The credit was for $176 but we paid $277 plus $58 for the insurance policy. My recommendation.forget the insurance.

Thank you for addressing my complaint re; concierge credit. Prior to this I rang hotline and left online request with no response. As soon as I told the cashier he resolved the issue straight away and was friendly and helpful.
Great deal friendly and attentitive staff I walked out of harvey norman next door after not being served for 15 mins took them 2 mins well done
Just had a massive renovation and now is a brand new Good Guys flagship store. Amazing new interactive cooking displays, huge new TV displays and more. You won’t believe the changes come in and see for yourself!
