Don't buy Gold concierge. I bought a LG Cordzero with all the attachments and the carpet attachment has failed. Apparently an essential part of the vacuum is not covered by Gold insurance.

Not usually one to leave bad reviews but mannnnnnnnn service was shocking lol.
Michael (supposedly the man who is the tech guy) was so rude and belittled hubby and I for not knowing about docking stations. We couldn’t have been nicer to him but he was awful lol. Bye bye good guys. Harvey Norman is better anyway

Yesterday I needed a specific remote, I rang the good guys and Sam said he had the one I needed.
I arrived 30 minutes later and a cheerful young man introduced himself as Sam. He remembered and passed me the remote.
Way to go Sam. It was also less expensive than I expected.

I went to collect my son's huge TV. But was advised not to take it in the back of the car as it'd be laid flat & the screen may crack if we went over a bump. Apparently huge TV's are best delivered by them & kept in an upright position while being transported.
Be aware if you're buying a huge TV

I have visited many competing stores over a month whilst researching big ticket kitchen items for my elderly dad’s house. Of all the sales people I spoke to, Peter D at TGGs in O’Connor WA was by far the best in terms of knowledge, helpfulness and customer service. It was by chance I popped into this store because it happened to be near my husband’s work, but I am so glad I did and felt great confidence with Peter that I drove my dad 45mins from the other side of the river to finalise a selection and place the order with him. Dad reckons Peter truly is a Good Guy. I agree! He really knows his stuff, and across many different products - not just the kitchen. We will be back before the year is out to purchase more for dad’s house and even if we need to wait a while just to receive Peter’s help, I will gladly do so. Thank you Peter (from Casper & I)

Huge and spacious, loads of cool random handy stuff. Brother and wifey purchased a kettle and a 4-slice toaster they were on sale from what I could see $69 each and both matching, classic 50s style they chose opaque or beige I think. To match their new cute kitchen in their new huge house in Hammy Hill. Very pleased with them. Love you guys! Thanks for taking me on your shopping expeditions he he even if we got lost in Bunnings lol

Excellent service instore the app is useless so I called the store and the woman was very helpful and was just as helpful instore when she sorted me with the samsung phone I was after I'd say she deserves a pay rise her name is Becca J or atleast recognition for how good at her job she is

Imagine a warehouse full of zombies. All busy twiddling at their keyboards while customers walk around in circles, lost, looking for what they need so they can get the bell out. Ask for help and you’re pointed in the direction of the product. No follow up, courteousness or advice. I came in to by a couple of thousand dollars worth of kit for the office. Left with a $60 pair of headphones. I had fun having a laugh with the staff that no-one cares. When the staff and the customer are chortling together about awful service you know there’s a problem.this was written while waiting for help. I’m off to JB hi fi.

Excellent deal, always best prices even better with Concierge bonuses.
The store is very streamlined with quick service and still the best prices.

Quick and efficient service. Had product in stock ready for collection straight away. Friendly staff.
Pick up zone could be a little tight if needing to use a trailer to pick up.

Never buy electronics on display in stores that have clearance sales. I paid a lot of money for this experience. The receipt clearly states that it has a 3-year concierge warranty, but the LG company told me to negotiate with the store as the displayed products were not covered by the warranty.
Had I known that, I would never have bought the TV. Of course, the sales person didn't even tell me this.

On the day the TV was delivered, I set it up very carefully and turned on TV with high expectations, but the screen in the lower right corner was cracked internally and there were a lot of lines. I went to the store the next day with the belief that it would be replaced with a new one, but Andro, a sales manager, said it was the consumer's fault.

He said that it was done by hand pressing the TV when it was installed, It is not possible to press the structurally damaged part with fingers as sales manager insisted, and if the screen breaks so easily, it is really manufacture's faulty. I can see clearly a dent on the bottom of the TV and the screen in that part was broken, so I requested a cctv screen from the store, but that part was ignored.

The sales manager seemed really clueless this situation and was not helpful at all.
He was just telling me to claim consumer's care.

It's so frustrating

Great store just in a ridiculous location. Coming from south on stock road I have to go through the same intersection twice to get to the store on the other side of the road. I try to wait till I go to Jandakot store.

Knew what I wanted, had the air cond. Scanned, keycard, loaded within@ 6 minutes. So from bitting the bullet to being in the window. @ an hour, HOW GOOD, GOOD GUYS

10/03 I placed Order 114319406 LG Dishwasher + installation, & Samsung Washer. Toll text said 14/03 Samsung was to deliver, no LG, and installer not til 31/03. As a busy GP I must cancel my patients to take delivery, so I rang O’Connor at 9am 14/03, spoke to floor manager. Insisted delivery of both products occur on one day, same day as installation. Can’t cancel 3 days of patients during Covid, clearly asking delivery of 2 products & installation to be on 1 day! He said they were getting LG Dishwashers that day & my 2 products would be sent together on same day. Installation couldn’t be booked for 2 weeks. We agreed to cancel install and refund me, & deliver 2 items together on 15th. 15th I rang store to ensure 2 items would be sent together, but told just the Samsung was again sent alone. This cost 2 days lost income, patients moved and inconvenienced, delayed care. Disregarding a simple request has cost income, delayed care, unnecessarily risking patient care, 100% fail team.
