66I bought a vacuum last year. It broke, luckily still under warranty. They said 3 weeks turn around and it is now 9 weeks later and I haven't heard anything from them. I have tried to call several times but i can never get through. Ended up going in to the store and was told they will call me Monday about it. Now friday still no word. Appalling customer service. Won't shop there again. At this point I just want a vacuum and believe they should just replace it for me
Reviews fr 23 Jan 2022: The staff here have an attitude. Customer service is a huge struggle. Trying to get any sort of help is a big ask. Bad experience today at the counter fr faulty products, staff was rude and inefficient.
Have had 3 experiences and all bad.
1. I purchased a nutribullet and when I went back when it stopped workung they said it has been changed when it wasn't. The cashier never put in my name in the system for future references.
2. Once took 25 minutes just to apply a discount from my coupons, can't they just call someone experienced instead of making me wait?
3. I also bought a TV from there. When I went to the back to receive it they gave me the wrong tv and I realised that after I was home.
Their advice was for me to go back and change it. The packing time at home and travelling is separate.
Good guy, are you really good?
Needs better management. Anyone reading this, please be thorough nd specific with your payment nd purchase and receipts too.

I had royality to the Good Guys until my recent expriences at Bunnings Malaga. First failed to organize installation for a flued heater, other sales talking down to our sales (what kind of company culture is that!). Then more recently sales did not explain we are purchasing an ex-display oven, the oven delivered had a big dent on the back. Installer told us this happens more than we think with Malaga the good guys. Manager was rude and acted like this is our fault.
Extremely poor customer service, I stood in the personal care section for approximately 20mins and had to walk over to two sales staff engaged in a chat to ask for assistance. It was a Thursday and there were maybe 2 other customers in the store. The staff member had limited knowledge on the range of products available but was able to use his scanner to scan the barcode for the prices.
This store is managed by a lying waste of space manager. Zero customer service and seriously, if you don't want to work, why do you even bother rocking up?
Used to spend a fair amount of money supporting this local store.what a joke and mistake that was.
Great service, walked in spoke to Brett and 15 minutes later walked out with Fridge ordered, delivery and installation arranged. Thanks will be back
Ordered a fridge, website did not indicate that there was low/no stock availability. Had to chase them up after nearly a week of my order remaining 'processed' for them to not call me back after saying they would once they contacted the warehouse. After calling them the following day was informed my fridge would not be able to shipped until January. Which is well over a month wait. I understand delays but if I had not reached out how long would it take for them to have inform me of this? Went into store to get a refund and the lady did it but said she'll process it tomorrow morning. The store was not close to closing so don't understand how she could not of done it day of. Regardless, frustrated with their poor customer service and lack of communication.
Shout out to Sayuge (sorry if I misspelt your name) for your friendly and helpful customer service. You were the only one to follow through with phone calls and made sure I got my order that I placed almost 2 weeks ago. You are a valuable asset to the good guys team! Thank you!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased the item I was after but I will not shop there again. This is not the first time I have experienced poor service here. Gave them a second chance and they blew it.
Didn't get any service. Spoke to a team member who told me that he'd get someone to help me.but no one came, even staff wasn’t busy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
Went into the Malaga store on a Friday afternoon a couple of weeks ago about 3.30pm and purchased a washing machine. Initially the service was excellent and it was delivered the next day by 8.30am. I paid for delivery and installation and removal of the old machine. We went to use it for the first time Saturday just gone and when it reached the rinse cycle the machine started to rattle and bounce hitting the trough. On further inspection we found that the 4 nylon straps that were secured from the the legs to the tub were not cut which should have been done by the person who delivered it as we paid for this service. I did email the white goods manager yesterday and have yet to receive an acknowledgement of my email. Very poor after sales service.
Terrible phone service. Called to make enquiries about dyers and requested to get official quotes as it was work related. Waited for 2 hours and when I called back, apparently they did not know who I spoke to and there was nothing on the record. So frustrating. Now on still waiting
With all these low-cost Chinees goods coming into our country I find myself standing at the Customer Service Counter arguing for a replacement or money-back warranty more than ever before. Sadly, that has now become an acceptable part of life in Australia has it not. However, I was recently overwhelmed by the true old fashion customer service I received from the staff at this store when requesting a warranty replacement/money-back claim on a Microwave, 13.07.2021. Will never shop at any goodguys again after my recent experience. Washer broke down twice in the two years we owned it last time it was unrepairable. Store and concierge refused to give full refund but instead a like for like replacement which we didn't want. For weeks this was a nightmare the customer definitely is not right in this store! Management rude keep you on hold for half hour then hang up on you. At the end i got my cash refund and took my business somwhere else. In two years a total of 8 weeks without a washing machine. I would give minus stars if i could.
I tried Click and collect for the first time. Little bit of messing around before I could collect my item. As I am disabled I get flustered very easily, trying to find payments on my phone with PayPal. Will print out my forms in future.
It’s a nice store. Lovely female manager, but there was this one male floor manager that was so rude. Told lies to a customer.
Did a Click and Collect here and they organised my order quickly and were efficient and polite in store. Can't ask for more than that.
Travis from sales in Malaga goes above and beyond in customer service. Exceeds my expectations every time. Absolutely brilliant. Needless to say I'll be getting all electrical goods from Malaga Good Guys in future
