Just left store made my selection on a fisher and paykel dishwasher just wanted to talk price but no staff seemed interested they were having a lot of fun though looks like a great place to work
Ordered at 10: 30am on Thursday for same day delivery paid $15 for delivery, tracking said missed delivery on the 1/1/1900 and then updated to going to be delivered within 2 business days. Called store to see what’s happening and the guy didn’t even understand why it did that and couldn’t help me.
Would give 0 stars if I could.
Useless, rude staff in both the shop and warehouse. Don’t bother!

Good pre and post service. Had to return my new 70" TV for a swap out due to manufacturer fault. I had no problems at all. Every staff member from the sales team, to the stores was helpful and friendly.
I will definitely continue to support the Good Guys Malaga.
Purchased a washing machine online yesterday afternoon. It was delivered and installed thismorning before 9am and old one and packaging removed. Fantastic service and great product and price. Delivery guys were outstanding. I would highly recommend you. You really are Good Guys.
I have been buying all of my electrical goods from "The Good Guys" in Malaga for about 11 years now
Last August a bought an LG A9T-Auto vacuum cleaner for $1299 and within 6 months it stopped charging and when emptying it would blow the dust back into the house. I took it in for repair and after around 6 or 7 weeks it was returned to us
Fast forward another 6 weeks and it happened again. I returned the unit to them again for repair and was told they would get on to it straight away
The unit is still with them now and after explaining to them that have zero confidence that it will last even another 12 months I asked for either a store credit or my money back and I have not been able to get a response from anyone with any decision making power
The staff at the front counter can't be faulted they are friendly and as helpful as they can be, the problem is management. I spoke to one manager 2 days ago and explained to them I was about to submit an official complaint to Consumer Protection and he assured me he would speak to his higher up and get back to me within 24 hours. I thanked him and said I would hold off on lodging the complaint until lunchtime the next day and 2 days later I am still waiting to hear from someone
I have since had to buy another vacuum cleaner which puts me out of pocket over $1600!
The good Guys are helpful when they want to sell you something but forget about it if you have any problems because they will brush you off.once they have your money the whole concept of customer service goes out the window. I will never shop here again!
Had problems with delivery of a fridge. Malaga store upgraded our delivery to premium without hesitation, Marco was fantastic to deal with. Thanks Good Guys
Worst customer service. My partner and I came in today straight to the checkout area to ask about their drones as my partner was wanting to buy an expensive drone. Standing there for 5 minutes no acknowledgment despite like 5 staff members standing there and no customers. One of the guys I’m assuming the manager was like can you guys tender, only for a lady to finally acknowledge us when my partner asked if they sell drones for the lady to be like yes we do they are in the far corner do you want us to page someone, my partner then went off in that direction to no drones where he had to go find someone else for help we ended up walking out as the service was so disgusting. Avoid at all costs and go to jb hi five Malaga the guy we saw went out of his way to help with drones
Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from this shop. Not enough staff on to even answer a phone call after 11 minutes on hold and then no staff to assist you in store would not go back

Very bad customer service from the staff in the payment counter. She called herself as a junior manager but doesn’t know how to behave with a customer.
I purchased a soundbar and it had issue with one of the speakers. I dropped it for maintenance and didn’t get any update for 10 days. And when i called them and asked for ETA for maintenance she rudely said that she can’t provide me an ETA. I advised her to contact the repairman and check because i need to know how long it takes. After couple of minutes discussion she rudely agreed to call them.
There was no apology nothing, rathe she said you can complaint. That was very rude behaviour, especially from a manager. I can’t remember her name but she is one of the staff in the front counter. I hope no one has to be in a situation like me.
The salesman included an additional Good Guys warranty in the price which I did not realise I was paying for. When the TV died 3 months later the warranty he had sold me didn't even cover the TV. Good Guys wouldn't take it back or want anything to do with it. They wouldn't even refund the invalid warranty they sold me.
The knowledge of the item I was interested in was poor. After talking to Byran B he explained an I Pad was his personal preference which reassured me I was making the right decision. Thanks Bryan I'll be back and hope to see you again. Steve

I have bought a lot here over the years and there’s nothing negative to say with good professional service and value every time.
Very good customer service. We had to organise a tv replacement and they looked after us really good. Also the guy working in the tv area was very good too.
Friendly staff, on line experience not so great, store has always been professional and competitive on prices. Always a good location to shop.
