The manager is extremely proficient
Great range of electronic equipment among other domestic equipment.
This is my number one electronic store.
The staff were fantastic, however customers be warned.
This store has a policy that when you pay for your goods using walletless cash eg Apple Pay or android pay on your phone or watch the eftpos machine requests a signature and the staff then need photo ID with a signature to verify your signature. This left us feeling awkward at the register when we supposedly could not purchase our goods. Ive never had this issue anywhere else with Apple Pay and store staff said it was just their policy of the Good Guys.
What’s the point of walletless cash if you need your wallet to verify your Id to use the new technology.
We bought a new TV and the guy helping us Andrew C was amazing and very knowledgeable if all the products! We have come out extremely happy, easily the best buying experience ive had in a very long time
We purchased a fridge online with Good Guys Busselton. Unfortunately it was out of stock and causing a potential huge problem as the manufacturer didn't have any in stock. Thanks to Jo who managed to get one from another store and sorted it all out for me. She even came in at 7am just so it could be delivered for Saturday. Thanks Jo your a star.
