Average customer service. I went to buy something but the display stock didn't match what they actually had available. I agreed to buy a newer model due to availability. Unfortunately the accessories were then not available to match the product. The guy serving me suggested I go and buy online as that's easier than in this store. I went down the road to a different store and spent over $1000 instantly on the product I wanted. Guy serving in this store didn't seem like he wanted to be here and didn't want to help.
Aaron helped us choose the right laptop/monitor for our needs and was super friendly, helpful and knowledgable, especially considering I am not that tech savvy. We were also helped by a man in the television department who was also incredibly helpful and well versed in the products he is selling. I even had help from the nicest beardy delivery man, who also made the experience pleasant and easy. I work in retail too, and it was really nice to see retail done right, up until now I have shopped at somewhere rhyming with Shcnarvey Shcnorman and have found it stressful and money driven, so thank you Good Guys Busso, thats a big thumbs up from me!
Initial service over the phone was great but then we travelled 25 km to pick up our purchase 1 hr before closing and were told that the warehouse was closed because the storeman had a second job to go to. None else is certified to do that job apparently? So we took our trailer back the 25 km and told to come back on Monday.
Staff are very terrible, there will not help you for anything I went to the shop for 15mins even though they are not busy they won’t come to help you with anything.

Good guys are doing fraud. They sent me a message saying we can get $100 store credit after spending +$600, so I bought an iphone and call them and now they are saying that that iphone product is not included in that concierge. They haven’t mentioned anything like that in my concierge message. Good guys are ruining their reputation. Will never buy from goodguys.
I purchased a new fridge they where excellent both in the shop and the gentleman that delivered it so helpful really great experience!
We bought a washing machine and had it ďeĺivered. The best service by the delivery guy was that he unpacked it and set it up ready to use and gave us lessons on working it instead of just delivering it. He then took the packing material away. So good.
Purchased a Roomba i7 online on the 12th November. Received an email instructing that I would receive a phone call. No phone call. It is now the 29th. I had to chase this up 4 times, not one of my calls returned when told I’d receive a call. Not a single update. Customer service is atrocious. Told it will arrive in the 2nd. Not good enough. Used to be a regular customer, will never shop here again. Harvey Norman will get my business.
I returned a Bosch stick cleaner as battery was not holding charge. Had anew unit within 24 hours with a full 2 yr warranty. Front line counter staff were EXTREMELY helpful a d customer service was the best I have experienced anywhere in busselton. I will beback for future requirements
Wasnt great sales people busy two attending one customer, no guidance, product i wanted was not priced had to take to front counter to get a price.i did buy it but was sorely tempted to go to harvey norman, luckily for them i was on lunch break and didnt have time.

Purchased quite a bit here for our new house. Jen our sales assistant is a walking encyclopaedia on items. What she doesn't know she will find out for you. After service is far and above any other places we have shopped at.
