Great rest stop enroute to Busselton. Service a bit slow, but coffee is good. Good facilities for kids to blow off some steam.

I've been alive my whole life. Finally visited this place
Great staff, parking, food and drinks.
Visit by yourself, with family or significant other.
Suits everyone.

Often noticed this place but never before had cause to stop.
Probably a good stop if you have kids, due to huge playground, but I would not stop there otherwise.
We have not properly sampled the menu, but for a snack we shared a chicken/salad roll, which came in one of those cheap hotdog buns - neither of us could/would eat it. Our fault for picking it - should have known better.
Had a coffee each, and they were simply dreadful.
But the flies were the real problem.
The place is in the middle of a market garden (think fertiliser) and the flies are atrocious - the photo doesn’t do them justice.
There is no inside seating.
It may be better in winter perhaps.

Great place for kids to run around great food and bonus that it is dog friendly service is excellent. We came on a Monday wasn't too busy.

If you need a stop that does not include petrol for the car this is it. A wide range of food and drinks and an excellent kids playground. Try the scones, bacon and egg sandwich or an emu pie. All very delicious. Kids can run around or climb over old tractors and burn of some of that pent up energy from the car ride. Plenty of seating inside and out.

Great spot for a break in the drive between Perth and Margaret River. Coffee was delicious and the cakes looked tasty.

Super dog and kid friendly too.

The Crooked Carrot is very strategically located in the middle between Perth & Busselton which makes it a great stop on the way. The place has an awesome big playground for the kids (something for every age) and also a lovely veggie garden. The play equipment is orginal and therefore quite refreshing. The food is also very tasty so overall so it is a must pit stop on your way to the south or on your way back to Perth.

If your traveling between Perth and the South West you have to stop at this place. Not only is the food amazing, it has a huge outside area and playground for the kid's. And it's dog friendly. The best place to break up your drive. Don't miss it.

Great place to stop for the a coffee and kids to stretch their legs! Clean toilets and relaxed environment! Not a huge food selection but perfect drinks stop!

Awesome place, nice atmosphere, amazing play areas, grass areas and plenty of in door and out door seating, and lots of shaded areas too.looks very welcoming and very clean, my kids loved and can't wait to go again. Highly recommend everyone to check it out.

I haven't been here for years. Totally revamped, shaded area out back with comfy benches and tables for summer weather and nice table area inside. Great range of cakes (with some gluten free options) plus other light meals seen on the board. Decent coffee too.

Miss placed our order. Took a very long time to get food and then could not provide us with our initial order as they had run out. The sweet potato fries were very soggy. They apologised for the long delay but offered nothing. Unfortunate experience for my interstate guests.

Enjoyed the pies and the coffee was one of the best we’ve had in the area. Pleasant outdoor and indoor seating. Great access for caravans makes this a perfect lunch or coffee stop.

Located along forest Highway. A great place to stop over for nice coffee and food. We had a good breakfast and spend sometime here. There’s a nice big space and a playground behind the cafe.

Reasonably priced food and drink and staff are helpful and friendly. Outdoor decor is excellent and under rain cover. The playground is huge and there's lots of areas for kids to play in. Fully wheelchair accessible, and you can bring dogs around the back into the play area on leashes. Worth a stop!

Very busy pre-lunch on a week day. With extensive playground, it is a magnet for both traveling and local families. Good coffee and selection if lunch menu items, quirky merchandise and rustic vibe. Who can resist an orange crooked carrot keep cup? Good restrooms. Well located on the highway in between Perth and the south region.

Food menu OK, lots of carbs! But they did have 4 salad choices and the Thai chicken salad was nice & fresh. Coffee OK.
Gets very busy as it is a good rest break for families!

Love The Crooked Carrot. Great coffee, muffins, pies all the food is yummy. So much work has gone into making this place an enjoyable stop. Been going there for years it just gets better.
