For the very best of emergency care for all your sick/injured pets. Our lovely 14 yo kelpie was in extreme renal failure, unfortunately it was not picked up at our local vet. The in house testing facilities and expert advice allowed us to make educated decisions about her ongoing care. We are utterly grateful to all the wonderful staff that helped us make her 7 last months comfortable and pain free. We really appreciated the help in saying goodbye and the hugs too <3

They honestly treated my standard poodle like it was a human. They were able to bring back my dog, so grateful. Very impressed and surprised how much they supported my dog.
Thank you

Very terribly service, I never booking a further treatment for my dog. However, I receive 3 different invoices for booking cancellation that cost me $190.

Tin doctors from oz in search of a heart.
Brought my kitten here.

If these are the doctors teaching the new vets, we’re all doomed! Very judgemental. They will recommend to put down the animal if it’s paralysed, without any X-ray done, they will STRONGLY advise repeatedly to put your animal down. No proper handover when Dr shifts change to the next. The doctor called to tell me about another patient. My kitten had to stay extra night becoz the doc forgot to book the X-ray room and it’s full, twice. Unapologetic, they say it only costs a hundred plus per night.
Very conventional methods of thinking. If you choose to go holistic or natural, best not to tell inform them for judgement and disdain will befall upon you.
Worst experience. Since I chose not to put my kitten down, and they couldn’t do anything for her, I wanted to bring her to another vet. I was stuck there for 5 hours. Pleading to take my kitten home. They brought a doc of the same nationality and race to speak to me. Seriously? ! What tactics!

They told me and asked me to sign a waiver and at the bottom, stated they would call RSPCA and report me for animal cruelty.
After painful kneeling down as I was exhausted from pleading, the doctor from the same home country, took pity on me and spoke to the local doctor over here and said they will spot check to ensure I have brought my kitten to the other vet.

Hmm who wanted to put my kitten down in the first place? God help us all if these are the doctors!
Did I mention we spent thousands of dollars here and had the worst experience ever! Figure that? !

The vets & vet students have exceptional customer service, are knowledgable & a clear love for animals. I've been lucky enough to always deal with Siobhan, she is incredible & cannot recommend her enough!
The only downfall is that receptionists are always icy.

Murdoch vet has the most wonderful nurses, so kind and compassionate. Yes they’re expensive but the animals are in the best hands.

We went through countless visits to our local vet with our 4 year old dog who started to experience periods of walking into the wall, around in circles & just standing staring into space. The local vet kept saying it was his usual ear infection but he ended up getting so unwell he couldn't get out of his bed to go to the toilet & stopped eating that we went back & said this is not an ear infection. They referred us to Murdoch Animal Hospital & the vet & his team that met with our dog were caring, compassionate & extremely professional. The vet knew his stuff & although he never remarked when we mentioned diagnosis of continuous ear infections, I could read his facial expression. They booked him in for a CT scan & explained everything each step of the way including the cost. Our dogs symptoms were leading to a brain tumour & sadly, we got the diagnosis from the CT scan that it was inoperable. They referred us to one of the very few Perth vet oncology specialists to help with our babies last days. They were amazing & I think I could never trust another vet again other than the team at The Animal Hospital at Murdoch University.

Staff are increadible. The vet was amazing, and was very comforting to our situation. Highly skilled to assist with with the smallest pets like our Guinne Pig and up.
