The Animal Hospital At Murdoch University

I recommend Murdoch university vets hospital any time they are caring, considerate cannot speak highly enough of them. Wave vet hospital zero. Just a money grabbing hospital with no after care.

Our 6m old Border Collie had a run in with a car. Within 24 hours he had surgery. They kept us in the loop with his progress as well as the cost involved. They were compassionate, kind and upfront about everything.from the welcome staff, admin, nurses, doctors and surgeon! I am extremely thankful for their professionalism and loving hearts!

Phenomenal staff. Attentive, professional and would recommend to anyone that needed animal assistance

They are good vets at diagnosing, treating and giving advice, honest advice which helped us. But they also appear to be liars. They have lied about not receiving bloods/correspondence from our local vet TWICE now. When i know that the second time, i had called in advance and a lady at this vet had actually told me she received them. When i was confronted by the situation at this vet, i was too focused and crying about my boy to say anything.

They did NOT GET CONSENT to do blood tests on my boy and caused UNNECESSARY pain and stress for my boy as he had already had the full blood count the day BEFORE which my vet had SENT THEM.
They will lie to you to and you will have no choice but to pay the $400 for consult+bloods. If they had not LIED my boy would NOT have had ANOTHER NEEDLE the day before he was euthanised.

Shame on you for causing unnecessary harm! Either learn how to read your emails or stop lying! Me and my local vet were EXTREMELY HURT by this because you called them a liar for not sending bloods when they did! They were so hurt that they cried, we have both cried because of you! My poor boy did not need that needle! How dare you violate him unnecessarily without my consent! Shame on you! No communication skills or compassion!

Very sad, after driving five hours from albany 1and waiting for another 4 hours l had to make the deversating decidion to have our beautiful boy put to sleep because of a 14,000 dollar bill lwanted to be with him at the end but he was already sedated to heavy to know i was there l have worked in animale care for years my impression was far from good

I arrived very scared with my two cats that played with a Lily flower and got renal damage. They both had to stay in ICU with IV fluids for 3 days. The staff there was tremendously professional and they were very good at letting us know how our cats were doing. Unfortunately we lost one of our cats due to the flower toxicity since he developed renal failure. We appreciate their good communication skills and the love that they have showed to our cats.

Coming in with a bilateral intermittent nose bleed our 4 month old puppy was tested for everything under the sun costing us $5000, putting stress on my partner while I was at work, after exhausting our funds we had to get our boy discharged due to ludicrous prices, after discharging him we took him to a local vet in which they were able to diagnose and treat the issue within a matter of days for a quarter of the price definitely do not recommend

Fantastic. When my girlfriend rushed our pet guinea pig to hospital, the fast actions of these Veterinarians saved little Bean's life. With quick response and expert advice, they gave us hope where there was none. In an Emergency situation, absolutely bring your furry friends here.

Fantastic staff. I love them. They helped my boy with emergency spinal surgery. He's still in recovery, at home, doing really well, but going stir crazy (me too) All good, my boy is going so well. Thank you to everyone who helped me, looked after me, loved me, and kept my mum up to date, with photographs, on a regular basis. Signed GEORGE

Couldn’t ask to be treated better. They are kind and understand just how hard it is dropping your fur baby off. Great communication and will ring them again in the future if any care is needed.

Always professional, caring and considerate staff, make you feel like your pet us as important to them as us as an owner.
Won't trust anyone else when my dogs, cats ‍ and horses need expert care.

The Dow it’s here are very though and professional, always we get the best treatments for our pup and he looks so happy to go into the vet!

Absolutely astronomical prices, my local Vet was disgusted by the charges, it just saddens me that people would have to chose to put there animal to sleep because they can’t pay what Murdoch vets charge ie $6500 for a broken leg on a small animal but get it done for $2500 at another vets

Awwwwwww maaaaan this place saved my cat from kicking the bucket big time seriously! Plasma and blood transfusion from eating to many mice that ate ratsack. Don't mess around with other vet clinics if it's life or death go here. Still half shaved but lives another day

Super friendly staff, they did a good job of reassuring me that my cat would be fine even tho I was super worried.

Cannot praise the staff here enough. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, efficient, helpful and most importantly an obvious animal lover. My current puppy and previous pet have been treated impeccably.

These guys have been there on many occasions for our fur babies, mostly on weekends when we couldn't take them to our local vet. We are very grateful for their services.
