Lucie and the other vets were fantastic and really care about your pets, not about how much money they make. Others had recommended very expensive surgery, Lucie focused on quality of life and best outcomes for my dog. Couldn't recommend them more emphatically

Every member of staff treated us and our fur baby with the highest level of care, very knowledgeable and excellent listeners - our old boy had a random seizure, it was very stressful for us but they were so calm and helpful

I would like to thank swan Vet staff who looked after our beautiful boy, He had a horrible farm accident 4 years ago and need lots of surgery. Which he recovery from almost 100% They are very professional. Unfortunately a month ago we found out he had bone and lung cancer and only had a short time to live. Staff looked after our beautiful boy like he was their own pet. Run free our Bender boy you are sadly missed.

We have taken our dogs here for over 10 years now and we live over an hour away. They, the staff and Dr David Hughes have saved our beautiful female dog twice now.
We are often there as our senior boy had a fight with a large western brown a year ago and David patiently cares for him and his ongoing health problems.
I can't recommend them enough and tell all my friends.

Staff are amazing. I took a Bluetongue from that garden, infested with ticks, dozens. They were happy to take it and return it to me a few days later. The poor creature had almost doubled in size when we got it back. Much happier and healthier. These guys are legends.

They are good vets and do a good job. If your appointments are? O’clock. Know you are not going in at that time, you will go in later.

It is always worth the wait, sometimes an hr or so, for the excellent service from caring professionals at an adorable price

We had to find a new vet after our vet retired. Found it hard to find someone honest, caring and affordable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out Swan Vets do not overcharge, you may have to wait a little while at times but it is so worth it. Always got fantastic, trustworthy service, so glad we found this little gem!

Always one person at the counter while there are 8 sitting in the background doing nothing protective while the lady at the front is taking her time and the queue is out the door.need to create seperate areas for cats and dogs also and the vets are hit and miss it varies and u tend to find u have to spend more money due to the first vet giving incorrect information.

Can't speak highly enough of the this place or the staff. Knowledgeable, kind & trustworthy. No overcharging or medicating which can happen at so many vets. Thank you for looking after my boy so well

Dog managed to find a fishing lure and it lodged under his tongue with the 2 barbed points set in these guys had it out quick and cost a hell of alot cheaper than other quotes awesome work

Always willing help out. When you are anxious over a hyper dog pulling their own stitches out and they check on him with no charge. Now own a cat and are always willing to help out with her too.
