I was also a walk in with my pet and they were helpful with updates on time (even though i was waiting for an hour) they had a chart in the counter to let us all know the wait time. I noticed that they served pets that were a higher priority than mine which is completely reasonable seeing as i was a walk in and other very loved pets needed the attention, very open about quotes for their practice.reasonable in price and payment plans available. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Swan Veterinary Hospital. This clinic is run by a very professional and friendly team of genuine animal lovers. Above all else, these guys put your animals first! Real vets, not profiteers. It’s an industry in which opportunism and greed are rife, whilst integrity and compassion is generally in short supply. My dog doesn’t even mind coming here that much, and he’s the real critic.

After what appeared to be an excellent official quote for services needed, I returned 24 hours later to be charged more than double that quote. Not a happy chap.
The staff were fantastic throughout but I was so fed up about the 100% plus costing.

My partner and I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. We have received excellent advice and care. Their attention to the end of our adored dog was admirable.

2.5 hrs wait time for a walk in. Up nose I have noticed lately with the staff, as if don't care or hiding. Just say to people you will not accept walk ins!

Disappointed.dog had surgery few weeks ago and was told would be co ntacted to ensure correct antibiotics.no contact and calledultiple times but no answer.called by and turns out no one bothered to check results

Busy vet, hard to get in. One less star because of wait times. Other than that, they are really good to deal with.

This vet is the most loving, caring vet I have ever been to. Very reasonably priced vet care, for your fur babies. Friendly, helpful and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A busy vet practise. Expect to wait a while if you don't make an appointment. Very efficient practitioners and happy to give advice on pet care.

Dodgiest practice two of last three visits their cost estimate has increased, once from $1000 to $1980 when i picked dog up. Then $290 to 390 day before surgery
Don’t trust them money grabbing grubs!

All the Vets are excellent and the prices are affordable. And Kaspar even loves going to visit.

I have been taking my dog here for his whole 8 years of life for check ups but I brought him in about 4 weeks ago with a lump in his mouth I was concerned with, the vet barely looked at it and told me there was nothing to worry about. I left it for 3 weeks but my gut was telling me to be worried. I took him to another veterinary surgery and straight away they were worried. He had a tumour in his mouth they have now removed it but that was 3 weeks. What if I hadn’t got a second opinion and trusted your advice I could of lost my best friend.

Cheaper than other vets and lovely staff! They also have a walk in service available in the afternoon which is helpful for unplanned problems!

Came here for the first time few weeks ago lovely place you do need to book otherwise walk ins could wait up to four hours, there’s a lot of animal products to purchase
I saw Emily hoy she was brilliant very patient with my pooch, bonus this place much cheaper than my last vets will come again
