Segafredo Zanetti Perth

I bought a Gaggia machine recently from Segafredo Perth. I was very pleased with the prompt service from staff. From initial phonecall, to going in and receiving the best advice on which machine to purchase for my needs. Rang a few times for help with operational questions and was promptly assisted. Brought my machine in and was shown on the spot how to operate. Staff always friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Bought a very expensive machine from these guys for our business quality affordable tiles. Machine was faulty, service technician came out, turned the machine off an on and claimed it was fixed. 2 days later same issue. After several times coming out and doing the same thing they wanted to charge us $400 for a service while still under warranty. After speaking to the manager, he told me to drop the machine off to be fixed but it was actually just a ploy to get the machine off me and is
now refusing to give it back. Terrible service, do not buy anything from this company! I have never had such a bad experience with a business before they have caused me unbelievable stress.

Previously i sent my Saeco machine to Myaree for a service, now all my family switch to Segafredo. Closer to home and hassle free service. We drink a lot of coffee so we purchased our beans from here as well, the best part is every 8kg of beans they offered a free service. Love it.

You only receive the best product from the best advice you can get. At Segafredo you get both without compromise. Why go anywhere else? I don't! You purchase a machine, and the after sales support is excellent, they are always available to help. Thanks Maurizio + Dennis

Thought I had to bring in my Saeco coffee machine for repairs, but they managed to talk me through fixing it over the phone. Coffee experts!

Fantastic service! My machine had to go in twice under warranty for repairs. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I didn't miss my morning coffee (with a loan machine). I would recommend their service and amazing selection of coffee supplies anyday

Ready to drop my machine in for a service but it died on me two days prior. Initial estimate (without looking at the machine) was a minimum of $300 with possible options if it was a lot more inc a new machine. As I live up north and was on limited time in Perth the crew gave me an estimated several days fix time! Got a call earlier than expected - with the price at $140: all serviced, fixed and ready to go plus a discount on some coffee cleaner – All employees were great to chat to; no hard sell; and were keen to make sure I was happy with all aspects of the service and possible options.
