It wasn't the Perth office - it was the Melbourne office. They were really helpful and professional at all times.

My Machine was needing a LOT of love… general service, fixing the steaming wand and also the base section had rusted up. Basically the machine wasn’t useable.
They fixed everything mechanically to good working order and also got rid of the rust and re-sprayed the base. Machine hadn’t been looking or working so good in years.
Very reasonable price too.

Overall friendly service, however when I brought my machine into Segafredo Zenetti in the morning, they indicated that the deposit on the service would be used towards the purchase of a new machine, if I were to choose that.

I was later to discover that the deposit was a sunk cost, however was offered a discount on a new machine if I were to trade in.

Not too happy with the miscommunication, as the deposit terms and conditions were only communicated verbally prior to the transaction. However the guys seem to know their stuff & were friendly and helpful.

I am pleased at the attention and the prompt coffee Beans delivery,
also the servicing of their Saeca - Aulika coffee Machine which makes a great Coffee! Cheers!

Terrible after sales support - these guys refuse to help with identifying which part numbers are required after purchasing an expensive coffee machine off them. Spend your money elsewhere.

UPDATE: To respond to your comment - my gripe is not with your choice of business practices, it's with your refusal to assist with identifying the machine I purchased off you so I could then find the correct part to fix myself. It was clear to me that as soon as your service rep figured out I wanted to do the work myself he turned ended the phone call, he actually said to me he didn't know the answers to basic machine identification questions I was asking. Either he was lying or is incompetent, I suspect the former. So please, take this negative review on the chin, improve your processes so the next time a customer rings up with basic questions, don't be greedy, just help them. Then maybe they will want to come back.
