San Churro

Positives: your open late! The coffee is good and comes with a nice tasty chocalate. The staff are nice and do a reasonably good job serving customers.

Negatives: The pest control isn’t good there was a cockroach on the floor which a staff member killed right in front of me well I was trying to enjoy my coffee. The music was to loud! So turn it down. The other thing annoying me is the fact I come weekly and you ask where are you sitting. It’s pretty obvious right in front of the counter! Do not ask that question again!

Very accommodating for a large group of 5 adults and 5 kids without a booking. The chocolate is always good and the menu keeps expanding with more to try everytime I go. I got the snack pack (original) and enjoyed the fruit with chocolate combo!

There's something about this San churros outlet that makes it feel homey. If that makes sense. Maybe it's a little special to me cause I always seem to have a good time with a bunch of my friends. Legit the kinda stuff you'd see on a stock photo kinda thing. I like this outlet. Busy but lively. Just one of those Northbridge things.

$7.50 for a regular sized coffee and wait 15 mins while tables get served with priority. Poor. Want my money back. If you don't have a $7.50 Coffee 'Mocha' then I want a refund! Don't call me a liar. Just accept some structured criticism and improve on it.

Been coming to this San churros for years, the service is always great and the staff friendly.
A hot Aztec chocolate will always restore my broken ginger soul.

Can always count on churros to be open for dessert. There's enough space to find a table with friends and the staff are very easy going which creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Working weekends in NB before most events.will most likely stop by here for a fast hot chocolate or peanutbutter milkshake. Customer service is great, staff are super friendly and you cant complain about the menu.always a treat.

San Churro in Northbridge is always buzzing with a lot of positivity and enthusiasm from the staff. The service provided and the quality of foods and drinks has consistently been of a high standard. It has certainly been a great place to mingle with friends over some delicious churros. I'll certainly be back soon again.

Coz waiting too long i got fine coz of parking.just to take away the curros but the waitress gave to dine in person 1st.although the waiter give me extra curros coz of waiting but not worth coz of the summon.

Such a delicious fresh churros and chocolate drink. Friendly staffs with good customer service. Best place to have dessert definitely gonna come back again

The woman seating us said we had to buy something before we could use the toilets, even though I showed her my san churro app with multiple purchases from them.

I’ve always go here to catch up with friends or just to relax and enjoy the great food. The staff are really friendly and I can’t fault the service either. All in all a great place to come to if you want a hassle free environment

Horrible experience. The restaurant was very disorganised and we were told that our order would be taken at our seats by the cashier. However after 20 minutes of waiting, it became clear that the only 'waiter' they had working was not infact taking orders but only delivering food. At that point we ordered straight at the cashier and noticed many people doing the same. The food took just as long to arrive. The most annoying part about the whole experience was that often the waiter would just do meaningless tasks like polishing tiles or reorganising chocolate trays whilst there was an entire restaurant waiting to be served.

Big fan of San Churros in general but on multiple occasions have experienced poor service from this location. From forgetting orders to large delays. Would recommend other venues such as the Subi store

Service and the staff are shocking. Avoid this San churos. 4 people at our table and eachorder came in 20 minutes apart how is that possible? Stupid staff basically. The food and drinks were ok.

Too bad you pay before hand or else we would of walked out. We weren't the only table having this issue.

We had a Mocha hot drink, Cappuccino Coffee and Churros shareplate consisting of 10 Churros cut banana and strawberries to dip in your choice of white chocolate, milk chocolate, or dark chocolate also had marshmallows, brownies and small chocolate covered pretzels, Soooo good, service here was fast and friendly Thx

Food is amazing, very sugary so if you’re watching your waistline beware!

Felt like there wasn’t enough people to support the poor girl working that day. Very good service with what she had tho.

Even though we ordered three slices of cake and three drinks and the place wasn't busy, it still took 45 minutes to get our order. Then they managed to screw up the order and instead of, for one of the drinks, making a new one without any cream they scraped the cream off. Then had to get the drinks replaced because they were all wrong. Definitely won't be going back.
