San Churro

San Churro used to be good back in the day but it was clearly sold to some company that wanted to cut costs and increase profits! The staff haven't got a clue and the stuff they sell just gets worse, one time they gave us warm water to drink! And the prices just keep on going up and up, like my blood pressure when I try to get the staff to understand what I want to order!

Last week was their to pick order guy named bala asked wait 30 minutes always under staff and everday wait so much for uber

First off, This place stinks. I’ve never had such a poor experience like this before. I paid over $30! For churros. We paid $5 for 2 Strawberries! And we hardly got any sauce and ice cream with the churros, it was absolute robbery.

We also waited over 23 minutes for this disaster. After ordering it stated that it will be delivered to the table, but it actually just sits at the counter while it gets cold.

Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place, absolute dump. Not to mention, staff were RUDE and dirty tables.

We decided on a coffee after lunch and this was the closest coffee shop.
We did not order any food.
The service was ok. No issue with service.
Place however feels barren and soulless even tho all the walls are painted with graphic images and there is plenty of tables and seats. All had crumbs and various food remains
Coffee wasn’t good guys. The long black was weak. Late was weak and the last drink was ok I guess.
Place needs a glow up asap. Or just a nice deep clean. Walls and all the greasy glass. Everything is sad apart from the physical menu which looks like something from a 10 yo party themed: fairy floss. Hate the QR code order - always have. Always will.
Back area and kitchen access is strange choice of design. Those areas need good clean asap too.
I feel like if I’m ever gonna try food from here it will be tame away.

Had filled churros and coffee after a morning of walking the city. Great food, friendly and fast service by Sam. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Just felt a bit run down, tables were dirty and, sadly, it only looked like 1 person was cleaning and delivering food.

Sean, Sanch and Ankus are very customer-focused and friendly. They have provided tremendous support and friendly customer service by clearing nearby tables and assisting me to find a table to unwind at and do some work on my computer. Thank you Sean, Sanch, and Ankus.

Been to multiple san churros in Australia and this is by far the worst. Disappointing because I recommended someone to take them for their first time and firstly they apparently gave my drink to someone else and then when it was remade it was disgusting. There were no spoons available so we had to wait for them to wash up. The creme brulee was not a creme brulee with runny custard. The place seemed very dirty and not a shadow on other locations. Definitely will not be going back here again.

Cosy environment and good cappuccinos and one Azteca as well. I have to come back someday again

Not a bad place, the people outside usually ruin it for me. There's always something going on in Northbridge

Wonderful staff and lovely seating area. Wish I brought more people with me as portion sizes are too big for me ended up in chocolate comatose the rest of the day.

Unsettling to be there in the evening times, lovely lady served me that had an American accent.

Out of all the San Churros I've tried, this one is the best so far. Good portions for the price, especially the hot chocolates (options for lactose intolerance, gluten free and vegans!). If you're in northbridge, it's worth a visit. A nice hot chocolate, coffee or something a bit food naughty caters for all!

Good ambience, good service, but small plates and big prices. I am glad Gordon Ramsey did not visit the back where the restrooms are; he would get a heart attack.

Really enjoyed having dessert after dinner here. Great location and the place is very spacious. The food is great like every Sam Churros.

Ordered takeaway online, received my pickup time and receipt - arrived and was told that they hadn’t started making the order at all and then when I finally got home the order was completely wrong. Then tried to call several times and the phone must have been disconnected. Wouldn’t recommend ordering online waste of time and money.

Great place to sit down, relax have some Churros and coffee, and think about nothing. Absolutely nothing

The staff is so friendly, was warmly welcomed by the staff and the food was delivered very quickly.

Great quality with decent customer service. I hate that it's in the rough of northbridge particularly on a Saturday night but it is what it is. Food is worth it though!

Was here last night and got the hot choco bombs and even though the bomb didn't melt straight away it tasted amazing
