San Churro

Only one staff while getting smashed, charged for tap water. Service slow, but that was due to being understaffed. Bit poor really. Food ended up a bit stale after 30min wait… 25 customers and one poor guy behind the counter? Respect your staff…

Food and service was OK but I went to the toilets and omg that whole area is disgusting not what I expect from a chain restaurant at all.

Had the Chai Latte here last night. Was terribly sweet. But that's just me. Great place though. Good vibes:)

I know this place always busy, lots of people, I know it's yummy, but I'll just give 3 stars as the taste tbh just normal churros with dipping chocolate sauce and some side fruits. Not so affordable, and the staff, I won't say that they are unfriendly but they act like super model or something really high class and cool.

Did an order on uber and it took a while but that's uber. Churros were warm but the hot choc was at the perfect temperature.

Placed an order online for delivery and received the wrong order. Phoned the store and they apologised and advised that because they use DoorDash drivers rather than their own staff for deliveries they wouldn't be able to arrange another delivery with the correct product, however said that if I emailed them a photo of the receipt and incorrect item I received, the manager could arrange a refund for me in the morning. The next morning I received a response from the manager refusing to provide a refund unless I drove to the store and returned the incorrect item that they delivered. The whole point of delivery is that you don't need to leave the house. Not only that, but it it is unreasonable to expect me to take time off work to return a product that they got wrong, before they'll provide a refund for the item that I paid for and never received.

Nice relaxing place to hang out. Great variety of desserts and drinks to be honest and the staff were nice.

We come here regularly after a Saturday night dinner. The service and quality is consistently top notch. Best San Churro I've been to and my 4 yr old loves it here

Always busy, but a great place to hang out after dinner if you are around the area. The Spanish hot chocolate is definitely a delight in winter.

Like the ambience and location of this place and the staff we friendly with the little boy running around. I never had Churros before and will be back to try other thing.

Was here on the weekend and it was so busy, yet they managed to get my order done in what felt like no time. Great service from the little girl with the blonde hair.

Went on the day they had a new menu so I tried the hot choc with the exploding ball and it was so good.

Service was a bit slow but the staff we friendly. The music was a bit soft but the couch was comfy and the place was rather clean.

Great location and space. Consistent quality of Churros but coffee flat white is a bit stronger than it should be as any other San Churro locations.

Delicious churros and chocolate dips, I came few times.
The only annoying thing is that inside it is really really noisy with or without music, the high ceiling just bounces all the conversations and sounds, making it a chaotic place. They should do something about soundproofing, like hanging panels on the ceiling to break down the sound waves. Also total respect for the young kids working there (I think most of them are under 18), I guess no one wants to work in such a busy place for such a low pay.seeing the struggle in the eyes of the staff members, like trying to find out who ordered what since there are no numbers given when taking orders. One staff member was at least asking three tables before finding the right customer, what a shame that the management doe not do anything about it. Either give a number to each table or give a number to each order, no need to revolutionate the world!

Churros are always nice and crispy, no stale oil smell, great relaxing atmosphere. Parking is hard to find on pm hours

We ordered Churros for two with regular size long black. The dips were Milk choco and Dark choco. Everything was perfect and delicious. The churros were not soft but not hard as well.

Came here on a Thursday night after seeing the Christmas lights in the city, and the place was comfy and inviting.

We ordered a half and half to share and a Churros for two, both came out after 25 mins but was fresh and hot and perfect in the cold weather and gave us the energy to walk even more.

I haven't been to this branch before but the service was good and if we are in Northbridge again we would definitely pop by

What's not to love with San Churro. They're always located at a great location with the best views for people watching. Yummy churros, delicious shakes and great coffee. Also good with its free wifi.
