Read all the reports, so thought I would give it ago. BIG disappointment
Pork ribs were shocking - over cooked on the grill all black and burnt and had a "disinfectant " taste. "Sorry" was all we got. Well "sorry" will never set foot in there again definitely over rated and over priced

Steak was well overcooked and the garlic and chilli sauce on the prawns was just sweet chilli sauce out of a bottle and to top it off one or more of the prawns were bad, been crook all afternoon. However the service was excellent.

Boy these guys know how to cook steak. We got all our meals the way we ordered them, medium rare. The meals are huge. Staff are polite and are proficient about everything they have on offer. Highly recommend.

The service was good that's where it ended. The steaks were ok but the vegies were so overcooked they were inedible. The criss cross chips were really soggy too. All in all not a good experience so don't bother go to Maccas!

No inexpensive options. Minimum meal is about $35; kids about $15. Menu on the wall outside the door advertised burgers for $18, but when seated, the menus showed nothing of that price. Upon asking, was told that was the lunch menu. But it was 7pm and the outside menu had no indication that it was a lunch menu. Staff were apologetic and said they would change this. Our group of six decided to leave.

Looked ok.but only got as far as the front door.waitress sneered we are full before turning away and stomping off. Nice.

It was my third time been here, but it was the first time been here at noon time.

Unfortunately we had a really bad memory due to we had ordered two medium cooked dishes but it was nearly well done. And I spoke to one of the staff trying to give a feedback for that, and she said " do you want more steaks or other and explained to us because those steaks are cooked by charcoal, couldn't control that happening. "

So what is the point for asking how done should we want

Always a delish meal and service excels as always. Xmas lunch what a treat, superb. Merry Happy Christmas to you and the lovely staff. Sarah and Jamie served us impeccably.

Definitely coming back. Amazing food for a reasonable price, I can't wait to test out more of the menu.

Deceiving from the outside, inside this is a big venue. Was busy when we arrived so it must be a favourite with the locals and we where lucky to get a table on walk in. Overall experience and service was pleasant, meals were fine plenty on the menu to choose from.

Delighted to find a lovely place to eat. Large serves of well cooked meat with your choice of two from vegetables chips, baked potato and salad that's part if the meal. Good value, exceptional friendly service that made for a very enjoyable evening

Very good service, very good food. Didn't accept AMEX, disappointed as working away from home and couldn't use company card so had to use my cash, for a big restaurant I don't think that is good enough, won'tbe going back, just charge the levy.

I'm a sit at the bar with meal guy and I went in prepared to spend 70-100 on a meal to celebrate my Bilbulmun track finish and guess what. I can't have a meal at the bar.

Bit overpriced but.the quality of the cut and how well it was cooked blew my mind, one of the best steaks I've had in a while

Nice food, pushy service before you order, service needs improvement once you have. Make sure you see an itemised bill so you don’t get overcharged.

Food was great. Service needs some work. We would definitely have ordered more drinks and food if we were given the opportunity. Great night out though

Great dinner. Les and his staff went above and beyond considering the power went out mid meal. Food was delicious and a great well priced local wine list.

Rustlers is amazing as it's always been but I've noticed a change in the staff's behaviour. They are more friendly, more talkative and more willing to help. My last experience was not a good one as I'd brought my friend to brag about the place and we were met with cold, hard stares, short answers and rude service. Super happy at the change in atmosphere and I can't wait to eat here again!
