83Staff was excellent and very friendly; food is a bit on the high side but decent. Portions were big. Overall a very good experience while visiting Albany.
Still the only restaurant in WA that can cook a (rare) steak! Friendly, helpful staff and approachable manager.
They could improve by offering a few more different beers on tap but all in all still our favourite restaurant.
What a fantastic experience! The food was amazing, the staff were super attentive, and the recommended drinks were next level! I can’t wait to get back to Rustler’s and try the rest of the menu!
We went for a conjoined birthday and forgot to take pictures (until halfway through desert) but the food was devine! Roger was our waiter and didn't fuss about our many requests - from moving tables to reading out menus and food timing for the fussiest. So we just wanted to say a big thank you for your patience Roger. A a big thank you to the very hardworking chefs

We just spent 4 nights in Albany and ate at Rustlers twice! We were very happy with the service and the food the first night we went again the next night with a couple of friends.
The food was tasty, the steak eaters were very happy with their food - which is always a good sign:)
Will definitely return when we next visit the area.
I haven't been here for years I forgot what the food tastes like I will come back next year or maybe this year
Absolutely fantastic service. The staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
The gluten free options were plentiful and well thought out. The rib-eye on the bone was amazing as were all the sides and entrees. I just can't fault this place.
AMAZING! Best food in Albany by far. The entrees were epic! Scallops in creamy garlic sauce with row on. Then for mains between 6 of us, we had steaks, barramundi and lamb shanks. All 6 of us received perfectly cooked food and agreed it was some of the best steak we had ever had! Please bring your steak to Perth because we can't get meat of that quality anywhere! The staff were great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, always smiling and happy to help. Our main waitress was Violet and she was fantastic, taking out drink and food order's promptly after our arrival, then the food was served quite quickly also. Overall great atmosphere, staff and nice bright, clean, well set out restaurant with great staff and 5 star food. Also very reasonably priced. Thanks for a great feed.
Friendly staff and service, very professional waitress who made sure we were taken care of with order and drinks, staff asked us if we were ok and if meals was fine, had desserts and left. Great experience and great location and peaceful setting.

Customer service was good, that's about it.
The service was fast and friendly and the children's meal was huge. Unfortunately that's where it went down hill. The prawns were chewy. The porterhouse steak was tough and gristley. The sauce was a strange addition for a reef-&-beef-type dish. The pork ribs were gritty and lacked flavour. The rum & cola was over 70% ice. My fondest memory was the tap water.

Very efficient, friendly staff, the service was excellent, the portion sizes were so generous it was impossible for me to consume the entire meal, next time I would be inclined to order the kids meal, which also was a very generous serving. Satisfying, flavoursome food, with menu options catering for all different tastes! Worth a try, online booking made life easy, menu prices definitely typical for a busy, sort after Steakhouse, enjoy!
Had Christmas lunch there. Way over priced! Prawns weren't fresh, cocktails were not drinkable.
For that amount of money, there definitely should have been more food or at least a complimentary drink!
I won't be rushing back!
Flavour of the New York Steak (Medium) and the Meaty Pork Ribs were both underwhelming for the price, slightly dry as well.
We did eat everything, however the service, sides and drinks were all great for the price.
Cleanliness was worth noting, as it’s nice to see a clean kitchen with the dining area being thoroughly cleaned between patrons.
Really surprised with how good this place was. We came last min with no bookings and they managed to find us a table even though they were fully booked. There staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and our food was amazing. I'm very very picky with my steak, but I was not disappointed with what was served. Thanks guys hoping to come back one day.
