Rustlers Steakhouse

Steaks was very nice and very good service. We definitely recommend and eat there again, when back in Albany.

We are Irish visitors to Albany WA so we know our beef. All 4 of us had the best steaks cooked exactly to order and generous sizes. Highly recommend Rustlers for great food, friendly service and helpful staff.

I have been here a number of times over the years.called in for a meal with a group a few weeks ago and was shocked by the price
Was told the next day by locals who now avoid the place that the steakhouse had recently sold and the price of food had gone through the roof

Very expensive steak which was overcooked, which comes with nothing, you have to then add sides like sauce and chips

We had dinner here on Saturday night, what a lovely experience. The wait staff could not have been more helpful and eager to do their best. The food was cooked to perfection, from the cheesy garlic bread to the top of the range steak! My only regret is that this restaurant is not in my home town.
Keep on doing what you are doing can’t wait to get back there again:)

Servers were nice. Price of the food is absolutely ridiculous. This isn't fine dining. Also, if you are going to be a steakhouse, get a chef that knows how to cook a steak evenly. It was a quiet night too. No rush. But we couldn't wait to leave.

Also, don't be stupid, include the sauce in your pricing otherwise it's just juvenile.

Food was rather pricey, and took quite awhile to be cooked. Had the ribs and chicken, which tasted good.

Been coming to Rustlers for 7 years now and have had a wonderful experience each time.
The steaks & ribs are soft and tasty, the veggies have a decent amount of garlic, the tap beer (in particular the ginger beer) is refreshing.
The only downside is a lack of non-alcoholic non-carbonated drinks.

The staff was friendly and efficient but something changed since our last visit. We ordered a steak for $67 and that was the only thing on the plate. Normally we received chips and a salad with it but not this time. They asked if we'd like sides, which we declined thinking steaks are normally served with chips and a salad as was the case previously at Rustlers. Maybe the wait staff can specifically mention that NO SIDES are served with your meal. $180 odd, for a cheesy garlic bread, a steak and slow cooked pork belly with mash, 2 drinks and 2 banoffee tartlets. Sorry we will not go back again.

The food isn’t as good as it used to be, which is a shame as this place used to be great. My ribs were dry, which for $55 was rather disappointing. The staff were very nice and friendly though but the food was less than average.

Expensive burger bar food.
Steak was cooked well but $200 for a family of 4 with 2 kids meals and 4 drinks is steep.
Might come back for a burger but not a sit down.

Food is simply heavenly and the service is superb! Big shout out to Kay who looked after us the whole time we were there. Definitely a 5-star!

It was lovely and lively with my family and friends. We ate all the food with relish. The waiter and waitresses were very accommodating and truly truly patient. Thank you.

My partner, myself and a friend enjoyed drinks and a delicious meal, accompanied with excellent customer service and an inviting atmosphere. This establishment was one of the best I’ve ever experienced! We ordered the sirloin steak, rib eye, and ribs and each meal was 11/10 and the drinks were just as delicious! Every staff member was friendly, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and it was an all round unforgettable experience! Will be back again when we are in Albany. Thanks Rustlers Steakhouse!

Best customer service we’ve received at any restaurant since landing in WA. I was super impressed and looking forward to our meal. Sadly, our steak was over cooked, and the seafood salad was extremely salty. In Rustlers defence they were extremely busy but $130 for steak, salad, glass of wine and beer was just not value for money. Hopefully something they can look to improve in future.

Steak was cooked as I asked, seafood salad was exceptionally fresh and well presented. Good staff, timely service.

Favourite restaurant in Albany! Staff was nice and funny, food was excellent! The steak was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender, my favourite thing is eating a bit part of the beef fat, it was melting in your mouththe creamy garlic sauce is upper level of the steak

What a great meal we enjoyed here. The atmosphere is great, the service is great and the food is FAN-TASTIC! Everything done to perfection and a nice versatile range to choose from. I love it when you get a salad that's more than just lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber - thank you Chef for going above and beyond - steaks cooked to perfection too.
