Cannot fault anything about Rivergum referral. Dr Neil Gibson is absolutely fantastic! Takes a genuine interest in your beloved furry friend and gives you factual and detailed information in order for you to make an educated decision. All the staff there are amazing and take special care of your pet.

We couldn't be happier with the result. From day 1 Dr Neil has explained to us everything and answered all our questions with patience and care. Oliver has been looked after so well and the surgery and recovery was successful.

We received outstanding service and care in what has been a very difficult time for us saying goodbye to our beloved pet "Buffy". Saying that they are the best vet surgeon in WA is an understatement. Dr. Neil is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable that you wouldn't have any worry with your fur baby if ever they are in for surgery. They will give your fur baby the best care possible. The rest of the team is very friendly as well that my dog feels really at home with them, to think she's a "scare-dy cat" dog. If you have been referred to them, have no worry as your pet is in very very good and capable hands. Very top notch!

Very professional, Dr Fiona explained the health and medical problem for us to understand. Loved the written diagnosis with instructions to help us with our pet rehabilitation. The centre is very clean and tidy and The receptionist was very friendly.

The staff at rivergum have been fantastic with our 9 month old rottiweiler 'Bane', after needing surgery to correct an elbow deformity. They spend the time explaining all aspects of the issue and were so caring of our big boisterous fella so much so that he loves his trips to the vet and is excited to see the doors. Highly recommend this team to anyone else.

My cocker spaniel has had surgery for a ruptured cruciate ligament and from start to finish the whole Rivergum team have been incredibly thorough, explaining all options in detail, helpful and friendly. This practice has a wonderful friendly vibe starting with the receptionist and continuing with the nurses and surgeons. Highly recommended!

Shelby our Mastiff X just got home today after her 2nd Cruciate surgery in 2 years from Rivergum. Brilliant caring staff. Cannot recommend highly enough. Even if you live NOR it's worth the drive. Thank you to Dr Neil & staff.

Best service, best practice! Dr Gibson and his team has been amazing with our dog Caesar and the kindness and professionalism is far beyond anything I have experienced. If I could take all my dogs here as their regular vet I would but alas this can only be on special occasions. I’ve never been somewhere where my own dog drags me through the door to say hi.

Excellent staff and top notch doctors. Could not recommend them enough. We take our two Great Danes there for specialists needs.
