While they can't perform miracles they definitely try their hardest to give your pet the best care possible. Our beautiful Jarvis was treated by the team here for IVDD. Their expert care nursed him to health for his first fight. However his second case was his undoing and despite their best efforts we had to part ways. They try their best and we were grateful to have them caring for our baby.

Very caring and genuine staff. Willing to explain every detail in layman's terms. Because of their attitudes in more than happy to drive the 3.5hrs to use this service. Honesty counts!

Absolutely had the best experience. We took our puppy in for leg surgery and feared the worst he was in so much pain and when we got there they were so lovely and caring, the specialist put all our fears at ease and answered all our questions and more we left feeling confident and at peace especially with finances $$. They rang us as soon as the surgery was finished and we picked him up the next day our puppy was happy again. The surgery went so well the specialist did such a great job and he is now on the mend to recovery. We are so so happy with the service, we got more than what we expected. Vet took time to explain in easy terms. Reasonable pricing, happy to answer questions. 4 months on from Hip Replacement, my 11 yr old BC is pain free and bouncing around. Everyone at Rivergum are compassionate and helpful, happy to answer questions from remote, highlyrecommended this professional and caring team.

We were refereed to another location when our 5 month old Chocolate Labrador fractured his Tibia, we were told surgery was the only option costing $8k I decided to look around and came across Rivergum! I'm so happy i did! His leg could be treated with a cast and was going to cost around $2k including 2 lots of x-rays weekly cast changes as well as the stint. The service was out of this world, the staff are all so kind and lovely and take the time to make you feel at home in what can be a very stressful time. Our not so little Milo now is cast free as of yesterday with his leg almost healed and I'm so happy with the pricing and the service that was received. This 4 weeks has certainly been made a lot easier thanks to them! Thank you so much.
