Ridge Ascot Medical Centre

Have been going here since we moved to Perth wonderfull Doctors meet all our needs but the Lady at reception who works on Tuesdays now is nothing but rude and is rude to myself and my wife. Where are the old reception staff get them back please!

Dr Burford was incredibly mean and condescending and not in the slight bit hospitable. He insulted my partner and made unnecessary comments about her appearance and occupation as a teacher. He prodded at a painful injury and made her feel like it was her fault. I hope no one else gets the same awful treatment she received.

You should communicate to your staff members it's not okay to just point a temperature check gun at someone's head as soon as they walk in without even acknowledging them, saying what they're doing or asking if it's OK. It turns out I was supposed to be in the Corporate health centre next door, (it's all a bit confusing where to go) and the staff member (older lady) just seemed annoyed and like I was a total nuisance and stupid. It wasn't even busy in your centre at the time. I understand you have a stressful job but learn manners next time and treat people with respect.

I really do not know why anyone would become a Doctor if they are just going to raise their eyebrows and be condescending towards a patient who is trying to explain their struggles. Perhaps Dr. Akella should also head to lipedema.org to educate herself on this condition before she speaks to another patient as if they have no idea of what it is that they are talking about, or ignorantly suggesting that it is just a weight-loss issue. Totally gobsmacked that you could care so little about a patient’s concerns and will be reporting you to AHPRA, what a disgraceful way to treat someone.

Dr. Bhasin is a wonderful practitioner, my son started seeing him when he was so little, and now he is 20 month old! Every time I say to Toby, we are going to see Dr. Bhasin, when he heard Dr’s name he shows me his smile Both of Dr. Rasool are lovely too. Friendly staffs let me feel so warm every time I go?

However, I decided to leave 5 stars even though I had really bad experience appointment with Dr. Rebekah. No sympathy, cold, arrogant.

Will definitely avoid to book with her again

It was my first experience at this practice, my normal practice is in Baldivis.
I found everyone there to be very friendly and welcoming.

AMAZING! I recently saw Dr Nooshin Rasool. She was so so lovely and extremely knowledgeable. I left feeling so happy I have finally found a Dr I feel comfortable with.

Dr. Nooshin Rasool is very attentive and attention to detail. Receptionist and the nurses there are lovely.

Today I went in for my procedure with dr rasool last week I met with him he was absolutely honest and straight forward today was d day I was greeted by the reception staff which where absolutely lovely ladies I was then called threw and the process was explained to myself I then met the nurse Erica she was very lovely and comforting

Kind and professional staff. Dr Mango was lovely, kind, efficient and went above and beyond for me as I was the last client even though I didn’t realise I required an extended consult.

Dr. Manga Akella is really insightful and I feel my mother is comfortable in her care. It was our first visit as we shifted to a new suburb and finding an appointment was also super easy. I was worried that we wouldn't get same day appointment, but we did. It is located in a nice spot with high visibility and there's Clinipath and Pharmacy available as well for convenience. Highly recommend this practice.

I am not local to the area and was looking for a good practice and doctor. I definatly found both at Ridge Ascot medical centre. The reception staff were helpfull and pleasant to deal with and Dr. Rasool is just lovely. She has a lovely nature and is very professional and easy to relate to. The wait time was not long and the practice is clean and welcoming, I would recommend Rigde Ascot 100%.

The service of staff is great. However, couple of doctors that I have seen don’t seem to be professional enough. They need to improve their knowledge and attitude.

The doctor is very kind, the nurse who gave me the injection was very gentle. I didn't feel any pain at all.
