Dr Rebekah Price is honestly the most wonderful GP I have ever come across. She is patient, compassionate, professional, listens attentively, and almost always runs on time! I tend to panic about medical issues, but she is always so calm and reassuring. I have been seeing Dr Price for over 3 years and trust her completely to provide exceptional GP services for my family and I.
Aria on the front desk has also been extremely friendly and accomodating. Thanks to the whole team and Ridge Ascot!

Incompetent doctors who do not care: they can't even to fill the forms right I have to do it again and spend my money again.
Intimidating and snobby doctors who make assumptions about diagnoses rather than relying on scientific/blood tests. Stop waisting my money and time!

Dr. R. Price does one blood test at the time and I wonder why not do all at once? Why I have to see a different doctor to get things done properly?
Do you care that it cost me to see a doctor?

Terrible reception staff, very dismissive and unapologetic about having to reschedule an appointment by over a month. I have had to cancel flights a hotel and rescheduled my own work and not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. I asked for a refund and mentioned I would use my local hospital and she had the cheek to say ‘you will be waiting longer to be seen there’! Where in fact if I had just booked in locally I would be done by now!

Extremely dismissive and passive aggressive care from the Dr I saw, went to a different dr two day later and after two days off sick, when I could have initially been treated to my medical concern appropriately and potentially be feeling much better by day 3.

This was my first time and second time attending this doctor’s service. I wouldn’t recommend them to family or friends as they lost my swab test and results. They couldn’t tell me what was wrong with me when I attended their service. They tried to get me to take my second swab test information to the clinic lab for them as they had lost the first lot. I was also informed by the doctor that he wouldn’t call me with my results once the second test results come back. As I had asked him to call me. That I need to send them an email to remind them to inform me of my results and to give me a call. I found this very frustrating, embarrassing and I am still currently walking around with a rash on my back and I don’t know if I have an allergy, stress or shingles. I did get cleared to go back to work. I found the whole appointment very uncomfortable, frustrating a waste of my time. I can do my job. Why can they not follow up and do their job.

I've been seeing Dr Rebekah Price for 3 years now and grateful to have found a doctor who is knowledgeable and personable! Good time management too, I've never had to wait a while for my appointment like I've had to at other clinics.

Although they've changed the bulk billing policy, still very reasonably priced.

Reception staff are lovely too. Very happy with my experiences at this clinic!

I am travelling and visited the clinic for a driver's licence certificate and to renew medication. The reception staff were helpful but the doctor was rude, condescending and unhelpful and I left the surgery highly agitated and very angry. I know I have a history of medical issues but I have never been told a) that I shouldn't drive and b) that I would not be given more than two months prescriptions of my medication in spite of having expert medical care in the past. Because I am travelling, I am now in danger of not being able to get necessary medication and risk not driving because of the riders placed on my medical exemption. The doctor inferred that my wife and I should not be taking a trip around Australia in spite of the fact that our family doctor and the hospital in Queensland had no objections. I wish I had consulted a different doctor.

I’ve been here a few times now and I’m really impressed.

The GPs I’ve seen were knowledgeable and were able to help with a variety of things. I have some conditions that need to be managed long-term, so I’m hoping my experience will continue to be good when that comes up.

LGBTQ+ friendly which is super important to me, as well as bulk billing pensioners and HCC holders - both of these things can be hard to find elsewhere.

My only constructive feedback is that even thought it’s not mandatory, in healthcare settings I definitely prefer staff to be wearing high quality masks (certified kn95/n95/p2).

Not sure about her name, but very rude receptionist, she does not know how to talk with respect with customers. Disappointed!

Both reception and doctor didnt seem to want to help me at all. Literaly the first few minutes of the telehealth consult was spent trying to get out of doing it at all and the rest was very condescending. That was my first and last appointment there and i would warn others to stay away if you want to be spoken to with respect. Only getting 3 stars as i got a same day appointment.

They got the script wrong and sent it to the wrong chemist. Rude AND incompitent. Stay away

This place has been great for us and my family. We came here when we had our first child and continued with our second. Total time is more than 4 years now. I personally meet with Dr Raj the most.

It's a shame about the mixed billing practise, but an understandable decision. However, doctors are awesome and that's what matters most!

Excellent care by Dr Nooshin Rasool! I felt so
confident and comfortable throughout my entire pregnancy. This clinic is definitely going to be our new family GP.

I was a patient for Dr Mahomed Rasool. He and his staff were polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire procedure and I would recommend this practice to anyone.

They can make you wait but you can not be late for the appointment. More than once there wasn’t any effort to relocate the appointment or advise to do so before you drive all the way there. Very poor customer service from the front desk. Changing the medical center for sure!

Rude reception staff in every aspect from booking over the phone, to booking appointments. Doctors are passive aggressive at the best, have attended 10-15 times and each time is worse, leave feeling dejected every time. Kindness doesn’t go astray these days

The manager here is lovely and clearly striving to improve the quality of service. After my initial negative review she called me personally to apologise and rectify the situation, she was very helpful!

Reception staff were rude and dismissive to me, especially over the phone! My doctor was a bit patronizing (don't think she meant to be). Didn't feel like my concerns/questions were address properly. Good thing is they usually have day of appointments and short wait times. The practice is nice.

Recommend going here and if not happy with your experience don't hesitate to be a Karen and speak to the manager she is lovely!

They could not be bothered to print a proper certificate vaccinations only takes few mi utes

Partner had an appointment, went in for help with rib pain. Didn't look over him or give him medication to help after she found out he wasn't vaccinated, only gave him a note to say why he was off work. Very disappointing
