Retravision Bunbury

Love my locial store yes l shop around but normally purchase here. If l find a cheeper price they will match it. Mind you in the last two years they have allways had the cheepest price. Their customer service is 100% There attatude is to make it easy for the customer. Theres no hard sale their staff know the products. The products sell themselves. In the last 12 months l pirchased a iron, fridge/frezzer, lit mirror and a printer l will be going back soon for a new washing machine. Support your locial guys yes its a franchise store but its owned by Bunbury people.

We were a bit slow to realise Retravision were around in Bunbury, call it tunnel vision, cause you can't miss the store.
Once we went in and challenged them to meet prices we had elsewhere we realised she had been missing out. They not only bettered our beat price but provided us with unparalleled service in-store and installation of our products in our home.
We would highly recommend a visit and compare prices and service, before and after, you won't be disappointed five

Matthew helped us out with our new fridge. He helped us figure out what was going to pick and the right product for us. He was there every step of the way! Was a nice genuine guy, who clearly loves his job and would go to any length to help a customer out. Even helped us out with a good price and free delivery and instalment. Hi, David at Bunbury Retravision was as per usual a great help, giving us advice with no pressure selling. So we bought with the confidence we had the right product for our life style. Although David was knowledgeable, the manufacturer info was not always available, so we couldn't always get the info we wanted.

We bought a new fridge about 12 months ago and were served by Matthew Cartledge, his service went well above the call of duty, even delivering items to our home after he finished work. He didn't let up until we were completely satisfied, so when I wanted a new microwave I sought out Matthew to serve me again. He is a very personable young man and extremely helpful. Matthew acknowledges our presence in the store immediately and showed us a range of Bluetooth speakers and giving us the opportunity to hear the sound. He delivered friendly service with no pressure. This is why we keep coming back to RV as we can rely on top service and competitive prices.
