The staff are friendly and very helpful, I placed an order by phone and was able to pick up my purchases within a few hours. They even loaded my items onto my ute. Nathan had a lot of knowledge and advice on air conditioners and what would be the best air-conditioned for the area we wanted cooled/heated and installation.

We bought a front loader, had done our homework and Mike gave advice freely and without being pushy. We generally buy from Retravision, good service, good range of appliances.

Tried to buy a 32 inch tv on Monday 2st June. Went to Harvey Norman, waiting, waiting, waiting, left store went to JB Hi fi no good, they rang The Good Guys, yes they had what we wanted. Went there and no the one we wanted w a s only floor stock. No remote. We decided to buy a more expensive one. Paid for it and after waiting 15 minutes for pick ip, were told that there was no remote in the box. That was only one they had. Got refund. Went to Retravision Tuesday am and 10 minutes came away with a 32 inch tv at the price we wanted yo pay. Thank you Harry and Retravision.

Service of sales person was excellent and informative. Explained product availability and price with discounts fluently. Very popular products and not readily available but ordered to be delivered within the week.

Went into Bunbury Retravision to by a fridge. Nathan was a great help, very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal with home delivery. Very happy will be shopping there again

I have purchased a variety of items, mobile, microwave, electric jug etc over a period of time. I just bought an electric blanket. As usual brilliant service and home delivery very appreciated in these worrying times. Special thanks to David and Matthew. My white goods will need renewing soon, I know where I shall be buying them.

For some time I wanted to purchase a freezer, I had regular updates with Retravision, and was able to make my purchase when supply was available. Very good service and friendly staff, reliable and affordable.

We go here quite a lot now especially customer service Matt was great when choosing my phone he was so easy going we also like the cafe very good food glad we can dine in now with the restrictions in place. All staff have been so helpful including the manager highly recommend the race discount as well but staff are so good

The in store product information provided was very good. The next day delivery was well executed and overall we are very happy with the new refridgerator.

Have a been a customer for several years, and continue to return. Today I wanted to buy a smart tv for my son's room and as usual the customer service and straight forward advice was great. Made for a very quick and efficient purchase despite the store being busy. Picked the product, quick checkout and then taken out to my car by the staff. A fantastic team, went all around BUNBURY looking for a iMac due to viruses no one had any stock, but some had display models but would not help me by selling them to me all interested in only selling me things I did not want. But these guys stepped up and really helped me out:) offering me their demo model:) really top service, it will be my first stop next time for any of my computer needs

I called to check availability of a front loading washing machine. When advised Retravision had a unit available Kevin quickly set the unit aside for me and was there to assist with what turned out to be a smooth, pleasant transaction.
