I have shopped here many times. Staff are always customer focussed, prices are competitive, and the RAC members discount a bonus.

Was served by a young lady who told me it was her first day on the job, she did a fantastic job and was very polite and positive.
I bought a cake mixer and we will definitely go back for the wonderful service

I don't waste time shopping around elsewhere as RetraVision Bunbury under the leadership of Mike is absolutely a fantastic place to buy at. The amazing staff, friendly service is so appreciated & advice I've received when purchasing has been wonderful

Ducati scooter sold by Bunbury Retravision.
Nice scooter, working well until the time comes for a tire replacement. Then you find out they don't sell replacement tires of that size. So then you find out the only chance of getting a replacement tire is to order from ebay. 8 weeks later tire arrives from China and you find out that despite ordering a tire of the correct size, the bead size has a different internal diameter. Doesn't fit the scooter wheel hub. Sad. My lesson, best to buy items like this from an item specific shop.

Went to Retravision to buy a microwave expecting them to match a Harvey Norman price and then give me a 5 per cent RAC discount. They said they couldn't match the price because Harvey Norman had none in stock even tho I had already gone online and put one in my shopping cart. I went to Harvey Norman and guess what, they had several in stock and I bought one. Won't bother with Retravision next time.

Parcel pickup is very slow. Lots of apologies, nice people but not anywhere near speed of other stores.

My partner and I have both dealt with Bunbury Retravision and overall I’ve been pretty happy with our dealings. However I think they need to improve their after sales service. We recently purchased a Smeg freestanding gas cooker and are a bit concerned about one of the trivets, it seems to be bowed. I think it’s been like that since new. I telephoned them and was told I would get a call back in a short while. I waited about 3 hours and then contacted them again. I was told that it wouldn’t be long before I got a call back. I’m still waiting!

We went in to buy a drone as we found retravision were a good price.
We waited in the Bunbury shop with the drones for atleast 20min, no one said hello to us or asked us if we needed help.
I understand it was busy when I went in but the customer near me had multiple staff talking to him and we were never asked for help. So we left and will be purchasing our drone elsewhere. Customer service is very important to me having worked years in the industry and I was not impressed by my experience.

I went to Retravision this morning (Remembrance Day) to buy a sandwich press that I have been wanting for some time and found the one I wanted easily. The service from the staff was fantastic

Lovely store. Easy parking. Coffee shop and toilets and florist on site. Friendly service. Excellent

I always find the staff at Retravision friendly and helpful. My latest purchase (a washing machine) was delivered, installed and the old one removed promptly and with no fuss.well done

Really good customer service. Will be shopping here again. I am a hagler with price and Nathan (customer service guy) was awesome to deal with. Great sense of humour also Nathan.

My family and I went here 2 days ago to buy an air conditioner and after looking at a few units we went to the counter to pay for it and installation. After paying the staff member wished us happy new year and we responded with same to you. The next morning I had a strange feeling the installer was not going to pick up the unit and we had to. My wife phoned the store and a cranky woman told her we had to pick up the unit, my wife tried to explain at no point did the sales person say wait there I will get your unit or go around to the side for collection but cranky woman would have none of it and said for $45 the installer would pick it up for us. Omg after paying $900 for an air conditioner and $700 for installation which seems high as this unit is replacing an existing one I should not have to spend more money for 2km delivery. So another business that loves your money but after that don't want to know you. On a side note the original air con was from here as well and we went back 10 years later for another as we got great customer service the first time.

Jai from Bunbury Retravision is amazing.knew his products and his service was honest and great. Will definitely be visiting Jai again.

Today we went to Retravision in Bunbury to shop for a Weber BBQ. We were welcomed by Nathan who was full of knowledge of this product and made our shopping experience an easy one. We were given all the measurements we needed and we went home to measure it up. After phoning Nathan to purchase the Weber when we arrived to pick it up it was all ready to go.
