47I attended the Halls Head Shops on Saturday with a split minute decision to have a new hair style. I approached the front desk, mentioned what i was wanting. The lovely lady asked me to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. I had a Apprentice trainee by the name of Molly complete the restyle for me and to say the least she did an amazing job. I had approximately 30cm removed from my length and a whole new style. It was a very complex style as well to make matters worse. From the time I walked in, to the time I left I felt comfortable and it didn't feel as though it was a hassle from being a last minute decision. The price of it astounded me. So I would recommend everyone to try them out and you'll be surprised. Thanks again and well done. Keep up the great work Molly and team at Redz Halls Head
As far as I understand, if 1 can't sit and have his/her hair washed at the basin or if hair condition doesn't pass the strand test. Then not only this salon can't service this client, same applies to all other salons.
Staffs at Redz have always done things the proper professional way by policy and procedures.
My mum went in and booked an appointment to get her hair done and then when she went in today got refused because she is in a wheelchair and made her feel like she is useless. If I could give 0 stars I would

I went in on a whim on my holiday. The team were friendly and very helpful. Scott did my hair, I love both the cut and colour he created for me.
Monique did my cut and colour yesterday and was awesome. Love the new hair style and she was knowledgeable and friendly. She also cut my kids hair a week earlier which is not easy as my son has autism and she was fantastic.
