Unbelievably perfect foils, toning, cut and styling - I cannot find the words to describe how well Olivia nailed my hair today. The tone, the texture, the depth, everything is on point - this girl’s got talent. Better than I could have imagined and it feels so good to walk away from a salon not only feeling satisfied, but feeling like your hair has gone to the next level. When you advertise a colour and then want to charge $15 more, that's robbery. You weren't even busy. Your loss I'm a great tipper.

How on earth do you contact someone to make a complaint if you don't want to make a public statement but also don't want to be embarrassed by speaking to the hairdresser

Aleisha at redz is the absolute package! She listens, she's professional, she is skilled! And she will get the job done to what you need and want. Blondes are never easy and for over 2 years she has nailed it every time! Work ethic 110% she's inviting and will always leave you happy. Recommend highly thanks babe x

My daughter and I both had our hair done and felt very welcome. The staff (Jodie and Liv) were fantastic- they engaged with us and their products used had a great toned finish:) thanks girls

Absolutely vile and disgusting owner that loves to slander and dox previous employees. Extremely shameful and toxic behaviour. Owner should be ashamed of herself and this inhumane behaviour.

Disgraceful! 2nd year apprentices should not be cutting hair especially if they have not been able to go to tafe due to covid. Management should be ashamed of them selves.got up and left half way through my haircut! They were going to charge me full price for that 2!

Such a cheap customer service …. If I had a zero star would have given that actually they are worst than that …. Such a ridiculous lady who calls herself a manager must say an unprofessional and cheap person I have ever come across …. NEVER USE THEM pls I will highly NOT Recommend …

Had my hair done by the talented Lorraine today. Amazing colourist and stylist. She has a great passion in the work she provides for a variety of clients and being the only senior stylist there and having two juniors under her, she doesn’t let any challenges faze her. Please please go see her for your next colour or cut

Best hairdresser for both haircut and colour (white blonde). My hair is bleached from dark brown to almost platinum blonde without damage and perfect every time. Lorraine really does the most amazing job and has
done for many years consistently - thank you!

I brought a picture in for a new haircut but the undercut is way shorter then it should be. Luckily it will grow out soon. I asked them to treat my curls but they straightened my hair.
Otherwise I was happy with customer service.

Booked an appointment 6 weeks ago for my hair done for Xmas rang the day before to confirm and was told my appointment was 10.10am when arrived I was told my appointment was 9.20 and I was late then they asked a stupid question did I want it done for Xmas duh! I have been going to Redz for a long time and travel 30mins to get there. Won't be going back

Lorraine is a great hairdresser love getting my hair done by her but the 2 apprentice on today were way beyond par the work experience girl was awesome

Could not be happier, Lorraine and her team did an amazing job on my daughters hair and my daughter was ecstatic with the change. There is always a happy vibe and friendly chatting with the staff, everyone is made to feel like family. Thank you so much!

Very disappointing, had a hair cut that was so uneven went back and asked if they fix it, because it took so much to even it up got changed for another hair cut! Won't be back

Terrible!
I asked for my daughters hair to be dyed pink, but instead you dyed it green and said hello shrek. When she got to school, the principal called me straight away and said that all of the teachers were bullying her and she cried all night and left school forever.
The seat she was sitting on also had skidmarks on it from a previous customer.
Putrid!

Absolutely unprofessional. Didn't get who I booked in with, instead someone colouring my hair with 3 months into her apprenticeship, colour all over my forehead. Hair yanked and pulled. The rest of the staff more worried about not getting their lunch break and being very rude about a customer walking away after waiting too long. Next girl washed hair, blow dried without asking how I have it done and while doing this one of the other girls is pretending to cut her hair. I left not making my next appointment with my hair still wet underneath. Don't make an appointment after 3.00pm you certainly feel like your being shoved out the door. I felt that I was a total inconvenience and they were sure to let you know.

What is the point of making a booking? Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled booking that i had confirmation of via email to be told to take a seat, wont be long. Hairdresser had literally just started someone else's hair cut. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes PAST the time I had booked for and she was still cutting the other woman's hair. Kept being told "wont be long". I should have walked out earlier but took them at their word. Finally finished a trim 2 and a half hours after the appointment time. Such a waste of time! Won't be back.
