Had my hair done today for the 1st time at Redz by Lorraine she was amazing on time friendly very professional she did exactly what I wanted will be booking her all the time

Having not visited a salon in 14 months I was recommended to Lorraine at Redz Halls Head. Both Lorraine and Racquel are a breathe of fresh air and I felt like I've known them forever after just one visit. I am very happy with my hair and the price was fantastic. I will definatley be returning.

Overpriced $37.70 for a 17 year olds haircut. They said it was thick and long. He asked for an inch off it. I won't use them again

My disabled wheelchair bound wife put in a complaint early this year about waiting over an hour past her appointment time.she thought give them a second chance, booked in a cut and colour for today 24.7.2020 she received a phone call on the day at 8.30am saying they cancelled her appointment because of her complaint last year, and found out she has been banned from all redz stores

Give a price for services then up the price on the spot. Don't do full service asked for. Def won't go back again.

Shockingly bad. Asked for a trim and to thin hair out with a slight parting brushed to the corner, but instead had my fringe shaved off without warning. And cut very very short. Very bad service and would not recommend this place to anyone at all!
Couldn't go back to have it sorted out because I literally had no fringe! And yes she did just cut the fringe off, i wanted a parting not a prison cut! What I asked for and what I received were totally different things and the fact you reply to customers reviews good or bad in way you do shows more about you as a business than any reviews ever could.
Yes there is 2 sides to every story and yes I had my partner with me, but the only thing she pointed out to the woman cutting was the bits she had missed. I would encourage anyone to read through the reviews given on here and then look at the not so professional reply from yourself.
Not really how you run a business or reply to customers,

Had a great colour and cut yesterday by Rochelle. Nailed the colour perfectly! Love my new cut. Long at the front but short at the back.

Do not go to Redz! I went to get my hair cut and put highlights in, when she 'finished' they were orange, my cut was so uneven it was disgraceful and she didn't even bother finishing blowdrying my hair because she could see it was nothing like the picture I showed her (but I still got charged for it). I would not recommend this place to anyone they are so unprofessional and didn't do anything that I wanted. I had to get my hair fixed at another salon because it was that bad. I didn't get my money back or get it fixed and the company itself haven't even emailed me back from when I emailed them complaining about the service, extremely unprofessional. *photos for reference of what I wanted and what I received*

I am so happy with my hair, I let the hairdresser decide my hair colour and its amazing i love it. They were friendly and I will be back again. So thank you very much lady's.

Very poor service. Sorry guys you are very expensive. Charge for kids 26$. Never recommend. And specially staff is not friendly.

I must say that staff at redz halls head are very unfriendly and rude.we had a appointment of 10.20 am, which we already takena day before.we almost waited for 2p mins n they told us wait for more 10 mins.when we just asked about time, they spoke to us very rudely.they have appointment book and they know in advance about appointments, so they should be preapred or atleast talk to us politely

My brother went in to get a hair-cut at 11: 30am. Booked an appointment for 12: 10pm. I understand that hairdressers may be busy during this time. However My brother sat in a chair in the salon until 12: 45pm and still was not seen. Staff didn't provide ANY customer service or tell my brother how long they would be. Customers walked into the store and they got taken care of.
Given the current pandemic- Covid-19, I expected better from this hair-dresser.
Very angry with the service. My brother waited an hour in a chair, wasn't updated and when he walked out wasn't even acknowledged.
I would not recommend going to this hairdresser at all.
Such a waste of time and exposure to people that my brother did not need.

I made an appointment for 12pm today, and I was only attended to, 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment due to a dispute between my hairdresser and someone else about her payment
I found this very unprofessional, as when my hair was finally being attended to, the lady continued to pause and rant to her colleague about the issue at hand
Definitely shouldn't let employee disputes disrupt customer service

Was turned away for a haircut saying they couldn’t fit me in even though there was not one customer in the store and they were open for another 45 minutes, will never go back if they are that lazy how bad would the haircut be

Sorry guys you are not going to receive a good review from me. I went in early on a Saturday, made an appointment for 10am. When I went back I was given a "quote" to have a shampoo and blowdry, surely you would have a standard price, be it for long or short hair. I considered the price to be high but wanted it done. I did state that usually I have it blow dried and then just a run through with tongs as my hair although very short has a lot of body. I was told politely told that it wasn't in the quote. I have no complaints at all about the service of the young girl who did my hair who I believe is on a trial to continue hopefully as an Apprentice. I think she will be a good hairdresser. My beef is their pricing struture. It appears every time a new piece of equiptment is picked up it alters the price. I thought $38.50 was pretty high for very short hair as it was.

Not the best service i’ve ever had. Felt like my hair was rushed, I have dye marks around my face.the brushing & blow drying was a little aggressive, didn’t get much conversation.only positives was the price and the colour, it seems to be alright.
