55Ordered a 1/2 chick & chips wing pack and was given a leg pack, with a minimal amount of chips. Usually have no issues. Disappointed as I take my 93 year old Mum for a drive to beach to eat Red Rooster.
Rude service by one of Indian looking lady dosnt listen to your order every time and they now don't do kids chicken cheese burgers not even in a normal meal last time
Food took 20 minutes to get to us, chips were undercooked. Forgot our gravy & sauce and the poppers were stone cold. Am allergic to tomato and asked for none on my burger but still came with tomato. Not happy at all
Good range of foods too choose from. From burgers too meals too upsize deals. Great service too.

I specifically ordered 2 Rippa Lunches, 1 not having sauce on the rippa, and no salt on the chips. What I received was:
Rippa, no sauce Correct
Chips, SALTED Wrong
And the other usual things.
And in the other one:
Rippa, NO LETTUCE Wrong
Chips, Not salted Correct, but wrong box

Wish you could give zero stars. Paid $17 and when i got home had the absolute wrong order. I hope someone enjoyed all the food i ordered cause this was disgusting. Guy at the window was really abrupt and rude too.
I think they need to listen to the order the person wanted properly instead of trying to sell them something that wasn't asked for.
Disappointed that the meal we ordered was incomplete. Not only do we have 'go without' we have the issue of phoning up to explain everything and then have 15km round trip to hopefully get what we paid for
Probably the dirtiest Red Rooter I've ever been to! Dirty drive through windows - unkempt gardens etc = Management that doesn't care!
Great service & chips were fine but blt smash roast chicken wrap was tasteless. Could taste lettuce more than anything else
Having food delivered and chips were really undercooked not salted and soggy. Then when trying to tell the managment they hung up. Absolutely ridiculous
A good take away restaurant, with great ranging menu and consistent service you would expect from a fast food chain.
Pro: you will be the only customer in the store. Con: somehow you still have to wait 15 minutes for food. Food was alright though.
We had a simple meal of chicken and chips with a drink, dined in this day, but usually get takeaway. Staff, friendly and polite, knowledge in what they are selling.
Dine in seating area, very clean and pleasant. Chicken was moist, and cooked to my liking, as were the chips, and thankfully not over seasoned with salt!

Absolutely appalled I got a bacon and cheese Rippa for myself and my girlfriend.
I had two bites and was sick throwing up. I called up the store and all they could offer was to replace the meal. They didn't even say sorry for the half cold Rippa subs $26 for 2 meals. Crap food making, and even shitter customer service as I rang at least 3 times in a row before someone actually picked up the phone.
